Went during my lunch break and was dreading it since it’s normally busy at that time. I just wanted to be in and out so I can get back to work. Walking in surprisingly it wasn’t busy at all. Melissa took my order fast and accurate. I’m picky so my order did have a couple of adjustments and I didn’t feel rushed with her. Her energy and friendliness was unmatched compare to other chipotles I’ve gone too. Thank you Melissa for your kindness and that extra perk I wasn’t expecting.

As soon as I entered there was quite a long line, since I was starving the line felt like it wasn’t moving quickly but in reality it was moving moderate speed. The important thing is, nobody got mad, I wanted fajita veggies & they said it was 1-2 minutes wait; that’s okay I wasn’t the only waiting for it. So over all it was good food, with alright customer service & the resturant kinda clean.

This is the chipotle I go to all the time and it usually hits but I found a dead bug in my burrito from my takeout order today. Took the tin foil off of my burrito to put it on a plate and out falls a dead fly / bug with it.

So normally I wouldn’t hound Chipotle because they are normally on top of their stuff – and I will edit my review if this opinion changes, but every time I get the chips and guac for delivery for lunch, it’s always got huge chunks of avocado (not a huge con) and once I even found half a large pit chopped up in there, whatever I got over it, but this time we ordered through DD and they forgot one of our large guacamoles (we ordered 2) and the one I did receive was literally brown, not even just the top, like the whole thing meaning it’s just very old. Very disappointing to pay $9 for bad guac (and they can’t/won’t redeliver because it’s through DD. :/

Worst experience at this location. Out of last 5 online orders, found meat in every order. Utter chaotic and unprofessional staff. Worst food quality. Being in food industry if you can’t take care of your customers’ food preferences, you should stay out. What if there are allergies and someone gets seriously impacted. I can bear punctuality problems, which is very common at this store, but this is totally unacceptable.

Service is unfriendly, rude, always rushing “whay else did you want??!!” although I always order quick and dont make them wait. Once I got there with my kids, they were mopping and sweeping around food stations, they never washed their hands, just put the broom and mop aside, put on gloves amd started serving the food. And then they put towels right nexts to food. So rude and dirty.
