First off, when I opened my bowl, I was shocked at how empty it looked. Nearly half of the bowl was just empty space, which is crazy considering how much these bowls cost now. I understand portion control and all that, but this wasn’t normal — it felt like I got shorted on almost every ingredient.
The biggest issue was the protein. I ordered both chicken and steak, and I barely got any of either. I’m talking a few tiny pieces scattered around the bowl. If you’re going to charge extra for double protein, you should actually give a decent amount. It felt like they just tossed in scraps and called it a day.
The rest of the ingredients were skimped too. The rice was thinly spread out, beans were almost nonexistent, and even the toppings felt rushed and careless. It honestly looked like someone just threw it together quickly without checking what was included in the order.
The worst part is that this was an online order, so I couldn’t even ask for it to be fixed in the moment. If you’re offering online ordering and charging full price, the quality should be just as good, if not better, because customers are trusting you to get it right without seeing it made.
For the price I paid, I expected a full, satisfying meal – not a half-empty bowl with barely any meat. This experience was frustrating and a waste of money. I really hope this location starts paying more attention to portion sizes and order accuracy, because right now it feels like customers are getting ripped off.
I don’t like leaving bad reviews, but this one was earned. If you’re going to order online from this location, be prepared to be disappointed.
I understand mistakes happen, but I felt uncomfortable and embarrassed raising the concern. I just wanted to share this feedback so proper food handling and cross-contamination standards are maintained for all customers.
(The bowl in the picture is before us taking a single bite. It is like that as always, at least for the last 3-4 years. We had ‘enough’. )
To the ‘owner’ responding to every post saying the same thing: how about you put some effort to be better at your real business and treat customers fairly.
Will stop going to this location
I was going to just take it but there is no way in hell I was going to enjoy that laughable “serving size of meal”so went next door to Naf Naf instead and had an awesome lunch with satisfied belly and mind!
Won’t be back, neither of us will miss each other but profit is profit so work on you location because just because people don’t mention it doesn’t mean they are satisfied!
