About a year ago I read some reviews on a facebook post. They were all pretty bad and derogatory. In the last year I have ordered here over 20 times. I have experienced nothing but the best customer service and food I have ever experienced from any pizza chain! This location at 36th and Washington in Ogden is the best!

One of my six pizzas was not made so I had to wait for it. They offered a lava cake for waiting which I accepted. Food was good but could have been better if the first 5 pizzas hadn’t been waiting in warmer for the 6th pizza. They were over done. Loved the 67 deal going on.

Terrible service ordered through doordash at 803 said was delivered wasn’t. Called the store at 812 finally got ahold of someone. He said order was still being delivered it was a computer glitch. Then at 840 still no pizza called again was informed they canceled my order that I’d already paid for with no communication because they said I lived to far. I am exactly 4.5 miles away from the store. Asked about my refund was told it would be by the end of day. 833am still paid $37 for something I never received. If I could give zero stars I would. Definitely never ordering domino’s ever again. And im going to need that refund

People seem to be very nice but the last two times I’ve ordered pizza from this store it’s been aweful. Almost no sauce, a sprinkle of cheese, cut like a jigsaw puzzle, and somehow it felt both under and overcooked. I complained about it once to them, then after it being terrible once again, I gave up. Guessing a QA problem with management.

Honestly the past couple of months the stores food quality and customer service have improved 10 fold I love domino’s plus the store is close so I dine there alot. The manager i see on shift most the time is Laurial, she really kicks butt.

Legit don’t order delivery. If you are be prepared for 1+hr wait. Want to call the store and find out where they are?? hahahaha good luck. They will tell you they are around the corner and still keep you waiting. Also bonus to the manager who straight up hung up the Phone call before I even finished my sentence.

New and Updated- Great Pizza!! Great Customer Service. The Guy Working was quick to Greet me as I walked in. He was the Only One Working, but That Did Not Slow Him Down from Getting All the Orders Out On time. Thank you for the Great and Tasty Pizza. Also The BROWNIE was Delicious. /OLD Review- Took a Few Minutes for the Cashier to Notice me after Two Other Workers Saw me and Didn’t say anything or let the Cashier know I was standing there waiting. The Screen showed that My Pizza was Done when I walked in but Still I waited to be noticed.

I waited for 1+ hour for my food. My pizza had little amount of cheese as well. It was very disappointing. It had happened me for 3 times in a row now and I am not giving them another chance. Highly NOT RECOMMENDED.

Ordered 2 pan pizzas and a spinach/feta cheese bread. Pizzas were supposed to be Pepperoni / Jalapeno and a Bacon / Onion. Drove all the way from West Haven to South Ogden to pick up the pizza and took it home. When I got home, discovered the pizza were not mine. We got some sort of mixture of partly jalapeno / sausage and a Canadian bacon / pepperoni. I tried calling for over 30 minutes but nobody would answer the phone. Not surprised though because when I was I. The store to pick up my order, the phone rang the entire time and neither of the two employees made a single move to answer the constantly ringing phones. The website also still shows my order as ready to pickup so I can’t leave a review or notify Domino’s staff of the mistake. Sad, because I love Domino’s but I’m finding it hard to keep going to them. The last four times I’ve ordered, there have been mistakes with my orders.
