Located in the heart of Port Jeff, there’s a delightful and adorable restaurant with a charming nautical ambiance, strategically positioned by the harbor. The venue features a delightful patio and large bay windows in one dining area, complemented by a separate bar area that adds to its allure. I decided to celebrate my birthday dinner at this wonderful spot for the very first time.
While the service might be leisurely, it seems to reflect their desire for guests to embrace life’s moments and savor the experience. As for the cuisine, it was beyond satisfying, impressing with its excellent presentation and high-quality ingredients. And not to forget, the drinks were simply delectable, adding an extra touch of delight to the overall experience.
It’s dog friendly!!

Charming restaurant with naval decor right by the Port Jeff harbor. Has a patio and big bay windows in one dining area, bar in another. We went on a rainy Saturday with modest traffic.
Floor was a little slippery coming in. Clean butcher paper on tablecloths. Attentive service.
Started with lobster bisque, grilled oysters, and french onion soup. Oysters and the french onion were a bit salty – too much Worcestershire on that soup. Lobster bisque tasted better with a healthy hand of pepper, had one big chunk of claw meat and little other lobster. Oysters came with a fun grilled lemon as well, were ok.
Our party had a hot lobster roll, mahi mahi tacos, and duck for mains. The hot lobster roll had excellent fries – easily the best piece of any dish. Roll itself was a tad salty, just OK.
The poor duck was tremendously overcooked but came on good mashed potatoes; cranberry tasted excessive; carrots were very tender but also too salty. Beans were ok.
Bathrooms were interesting – 1 person but they have a door between the toilet/sink and a mirror with very bright unflattering lights.

Super adorable little spot in Port Jeff. The food is great, pricing isn’t bad and you get plenty of food. The service is slow but I think they want you to slow down and enjoy life. The drinks are also very yummy. We tried the French toast bites which I highly recommend and the eggs any style plate with parm truffle fries instead of home fries. I will say they do not skimp on the ingredients the parm truffle fries were delicious even for brunch. For drinks we tried bellini’s, espresso martini and mango jalapeño margaritas all were made amazingly. Would definitely go here and again and we did recommend it to anyone we knew. We even ran into a friend dining here with family. We were all from out of town visiting for a wedding.

First time at this establishment. Food was very good; nice presentation and good quality. However, service was wanting. Polite, but inattentive waiter. Had to wait too long for his very occasional check-ins. Had to go find someone myself to ask for sweetener. Never offered to refresh drinks. No bread served to fill the wait time. Took almost 30 minutes for the appetizer to be served and it was almost immediately followed by the main dish. Considering the time of day we were there (3pm-ish) and the fact that there were only three more tables active at the time, we didn’t feel we were attended to as good as we should have been for the “upscale” restaurant it was aiming to be.

The food is ok but pricy. We ordered salmon, duck, mussel and salad. In general good quality is good and better than regular restaurants. However when we come it is a bit busy and service is a bit chaotic. Our orders are mistaken but clarified afterwards. The price is on the high end though. They have a deck so may be a good choice for summer happy hours.

Went New Year’s Eve had an awesome meal off their special menu. Started off with a nice glass of German resiling wine, Shades of Blue, excellent! Then for appetizer had the crab cakes, loaded with crab topped with Aioli sauce, best I’ve ever had. Then had the fillet mignon with lobster tail, fillet had a good amount of gristle in the middle that I had to work around, other than that it was very good. Lobster tail was presented and seasoned very well in some sort of marinated butter, wine and garlic which I thought was top notch of flavor and tenderness. Came with the mash potatoes another good choice some of the best made. I can’t forget their delicious homemade multi grain bread which was very good. For last desert opted for the Crème Brûlée topped off with fresh made whipped cream, awesome. Let me also mention about our waitress very friendly and accommodating, great customer service.
Overall had a very enjoyable and unforgettable experience at Nantucket’s other than the fillet not being completely satisfied I give it the Cardillo Scale Rating Review of 4.8 out of 5. Will definitely be back again. Happy New Year

Amazing dog friendly restaurant in the heart of Port Jeff! We love going here for drinks and appetizers. Especially since we can bring the pup for outdoor seating.

Not like it used to be… must be new ownership… 6 of us went to dinner there a couple weeks ago. The staff was rude, service was slow. We ordered 3 med rare skirt steaks, they all came out looking like pieces of jerky. Overall crappy dining experience. Wouldn’t waste my money again.

The atmosphere is plain and border line clean. The view overlooks a parking lot and it isn’t great. Inside the restaurant does nothing to tie back to Nantucket. The food was ok – chowder wasn’t served hot, the baked clams were not served hot. The server was either over tasked or inattentive. With today’s prices there is better quality and value elsewhere.
