Excellent addition to the neighborhood. I have visited around 5 times now and the experience has been the same each time. Clean building every time. Young eager to help staff with a smile on their face. Watchful eyes by a near by manager to ensure excellent service. I have personally seen the managers very nicely correct staff and use mistakes as training moments. Food is always well prepared hot and fresh. I have never waited more the. 15 min. Keep up the good work guys!

This store is a disappointment. The store is very unkempt and not maintained. Tables were filthy, drink station was filthy. Ordered what was supposed to be fresh guacamole only to discover it was brown under the surface. So was the replacement I asked for. It’s obvious that the store management is lacking the skillset to run it properly. This isn’t the only store that is poorly run in the area.

This is the best Chipotle. They actually season the food! The chicken al pastor has flavors of sweet and spicy notes. The guacamole tastes fresh and is properly salted and spiked with cilantro. Unfortunately, it’s not the cleanest restaurant. Tables usually show the leftovers spills of the previous customer, food on the floor. I guess they spend more time cooking than cleaning!

I eat at this Chipotle at least twice a week. At least a 1/3 of the time the order is wrong. No one seems to care. I ask for the manager and I was told he’s not there. No one answers the phone there and when I asked why not, I was told “I don’t know why we don’t do that.” I have empathy for a tough job serving people their meals, but the place seems to be ran by teenagers who frankly, just don’t seem to care.
