The workers work hard in here, but the management HAVE to be breaking the law. Yesterday (7/26) the outside temp was over 90, and it was HOTTER inside the restaurant. This was even out by the ordering/eating area, I can’t imagine how hot it was by the grill. I was told the A/C was broken. They should have closed. I felt cooler walking outside (again, 93 degrees air temp out). The workers could have easily gotten heat exhaustion or even heat stroke, especially since they seemed so busy that they didn’t have time for water/rest breaks. The managers clearly don’t care about the employees and are breaking OSHA standards. Do not eat here.

Always a very busy place, but they work hard and get orders out fast. Always replacing ingredients and working to keep hot food available. Had the burrito and it was not too bad. Wish it was mixed better when made. Rice dominates all bites. Chicken was tasty and cooked well.

Food was good . They had trouble with my double meat I requested but I fixed that real quick .tf other then that my build your own tacos I get where the bomb!!! (“I order the bowl double meat then I ask for 4 hard 4 soft taco shells”) 13 dollars for 8+tacos ain’t bad . My boyfriend always was empressed with my “chipotle hack” he never knew u cud get shells n salsas on the side as long as u don’t have it on your bowl

Overall experience was right on, really good service. Nothing bad to say, other then the place was packed, but that was expected, being that it was the lunch rush. So it was all good.

The place was really busy and the staff were clearly working hard, food line was well stocked. The one complaint is at one point they did about 10 to 15 online orders in a row while the line to order in person was out the door, the optics of doing that many online orders while people wait seems wrong.

I would not recommend ordering from this Chipotle for delivery. I ordered over an hour ago during a non-meal time and my order was never delivered. After two hours I received spoiled food in very small portions. I would not recommend Chipotle for delivery.

They always make online deliveries in a hurry but I hate that they only halfway fill the bowl. Why do I have to pay so much for half a bowl. The rice is also barely cooked and crunchy at times. Even when I request extra of something they never put extra.
