Chipotle never fails me, I always love the affordable burrito. I order the chicken burrito, red beans, tomato salsa, sour creams, cheese, lettuce, and spicy sauce. They only cost me less than $10. The portion was enough to feed me for entire night. They also had restrooms and plenty tables. The waiters were friendly and fast. Resto was clean, I bet u would love to dine in. The resto was located in the corner of the street, and it was opposite of the Minnesota Department of Health.

Never had issues ordering from this location in the past. This year, they kept making changes to my online orders without consulting me and taking forever to get out online orders. Customer support was really good about resolving the issue. I wanted to post a review since they kept changing my order to include gluten when I can’t eat gluten. If you’re in a similar situation, double check your online orders when you arrive at this location.

I bought 2 salad bowls many times here, but the food today was really cold, even during lunch time. The ladies at the counter were really rude and uncomfortable when they were giving the food to us. Very, very little meat in the bowl. Just rice, salad, and the tomatoes. Very disappointed.

I usually don’t review Chipotles, but this one really needs some attention. It’s messy ingredients spilled across the counter, tables not wiped down, and it just feels disorganized overall. It also gets extremely crowded, and with the line moving so slowly, it can easily be a 30-minute wait just to order. They clearly need more staff to handle the volume here.
The employees are cool, but the workload. With a bit more staffing and better upkeep, this location could improve a lot.

I’ve had my fair share of issues with every other Chipotle I’ve been to, but this particular location literally never misses. It’s one of the busiest you’ll find (on u of m campus) but they are so much better run than every other location that I will drive father than the one that’s closer to my work just to have a perfect burrito every time. Also, college kids work there so you’re being served by people who know what they are doing. They will even provide a lime if requested. Most places will say they dont have any available but this location will take the time to provide one.

About a 30% chance they wrap my burrito correctly but otherwise it’s pretty good. Nothing crazy special but they definitely work hard when they get busy. Some burrito wrapping classes might help tho because I can’t keep having my burritos fall apart as soon as I take the foil off.

Ordered takeout and had to wait in restaurant 15 minutes after the order was supposed to be ready. Opened the bowl for my takeout order and half the food was missing. No utensils were in the bag either.

What in the world is going on with these vinaigrette fill levels? It seems like such a waste of plastic having to order multiple of them to get what a half-cup would hold. I asked for fajitas on my bowl too, and was given literally 4 pieces of peppers. The workers were nice enough, but the quality control/directives they get on how to make this food is crazy. Such a decline in quality over the years.

Always a very busy place, but they work hard and get orders out fast. Always replacing ingredients and working to keep hot food available. Had the burrito and it was not too bad. Wish it was mixed better when made. Rice dominates all bites. Chicken was tasty and cooked well.
