I usually have issues here. Few good experiences. The cashier…ugh. I wasn’t aware of the half off Whopper Wednesday only being available on the app. I paid full price. I don’t have high standards.

So, I don’t know what the deal is with this particular location but I have had bad experience after bad experience. I have had to even reach out to corporate and talk to them about this incident that had occurred. You will see in the photos that my mozzarella sticks had yellow cheese instead of the white stretchy cheese. My onion rings literally had no onion in it – the fryer I am more than positive wasn’t cleaned – I know new employees are inexperienced or probably just lazy who knows but this literally happens when you don’t follow instructions/protocol. The rules are there for a reason and if you don’t follow them people literally have to go as far as reach corporate to get money back. I was really upset with the store manager when her response was to immediately provide me with a new batch when I ordered from Door Dash, meaning I have no ride. At the time I was also working myself. The store manager also tried to blame door dash for THE MEAL. HOW IS THAT DOOR DASH’S FAULT?! Anyway, I could say a lot more but this particular store need serious help from corporate.

The staff working on 10/11/2025 at 1:00pm were very rude. There was no one in the drive thru or inside eating but our food took a while to come out and somehow was still old, cold, and salty. The buns on our burgers buns were soggy and put together horribly.

Worse meal ever. Spent $24. Ordered 3 double cheeseburgers, 2 plain 1 only ketchup. All ended up single cheeseburgers. Called was told would replace whole meal. Went next day only replaced burger, but “threw” in an 8 piece nuggets. We had ordered 2 of those the night before. Well replacement burger lwere all only extra mustard with hard old meat so gross straight in garbage. The nuggets they threw in was probably because they were supposed to go in garbage. Dogs wouldn’t even eat them too hard. Called to complain again was told they already replaced once wasn’t going to again. Wasn’t planning on ever going back. There is both a sonic and Jack in the box I can go to instead.

At this location they always forget something. Also ordered the bacon king and it only had one piece of bacon. Think I would rather drive further to get better service. And on another sandwich looks like they just put half a portion of egg.
