To begin, I was assisted at the window by this gorgeous employee by the name of David! Not only was he good looking, but he had excellent customer service! It never fails when I go to this location I could be guaranteed nothing is missing, the meat is perfectly cooked, and the sides are prepared perfectly. I actually have a El Polo Loco walking distance from my home, but it is horrible! I rather drive to the Torrance location for quality, eatable, delicious food.

took 15 minutes to get my order than when i did get my chipotle quesadilla order, they gave me a pure cheese only quesadilla with no chicken.

Place is a complete dump inside, ripped seat cushions. Chips all over the floor and tables dirty as well. I wonder what the cooking area looks like if this is how they upkeep there dining area. See attached photos. Food is terrible, a burrito with just nasty beans and 1-2 pieces of meat inside. Outrageous prices and can’t even get what you pay for.

Terri B the shift leader attendant needs to work on her customer service. She uses bad words to refer to customers I was just asking if my order was ready and she first pretended that she didn’t hear then after raised her voice. SHE NEEDS TO WORK ON HER CUSTOMER SERVICE because she is not on the streets she is working!!!

All I will say is BIRRIA at EPL . No one believes me. Lucky to have in the Southbay. Staff was super friendly. During these covid times with short staff I was still very appreciative. Be patient. It’s worth it

(6-5-21) This location on Crenshaw Blvd and Artesia Blvd is a favorite when eating el pollo loco. This location accurate and drive does not make you wait for ever . Don’t try the pollo loco on Hawthorne Blvd and 190th st , worst customer service ever .

*(6-27-21) do not try this location on rosecrans & prairie after 10pm . You will regret it!
