Put some hot sauce on my burrito baby. You know you look good to me. . Love chipotle. Delicious big burritos/bowl . Would have given 5 stars but had to communicate with employee like I was talking to a toddler. Talk very loudly and in the end just point to the items I wanted .

Not sure what is happening to this chipotle, it’s consistently getting worse. The last 3 times I have ordered pick up I stand there for at least 20 minutes with other people waiting for their pick up orders as well. I wish they had an option to cancel online orders since the walk up line had 10 people go through super fast and then no one standing there waiting. Would be faster to just go through the line! Online orders are always super tiny portions too.

I agree with the other 5 ⭐ reviews! This is honestly one of THE BEST Chipotles in the area. The food and service is unparalleled! My daughter and I had the pleasure of being helped by ✨Davin✨. He was so pleasant and had genuinely great energy. His service definitely made our first experience here worth a return! Thank you, Davin, for being so awesome and making our birthday dinner great! The food is always good at Chipotle but the staff seem burnt out. You always see frowns and stressed out workers when you walk in. The dining room and bathrooms also looked kinda rough to because the workers are always busy on the line. Employees are genuinely very nice

Not the best Chipotle I’ve eaten at. The food was good, but not great. But I did appreciate that the guy who made my bowl, washed his hands and changed gloves after touching guacamole, as I have an allergy to it.

Food was standard. Parking lot can be a traffic jam duet to its size and complex design. Location is large. I felt bad for the young lady making my order, she seem to be the only one working, there were at least 5 other employees working. They were congregating on both ends of the order line for some reason. I don’t believe this location gets super busy. The structure of the line up to the order station is quite short. Ordering ahead is encouraged. I’ll be back to see if I have another experience.

Best Chipotle in the Scott County area; occasionally has missing ingredients, but recently has been pretty consistent if you do pickup or order inside the restaurant. This is my go-to location for when I crave Chipotle.

Ordered online. I am very disappointed.
Unfortunately the food was not good when I got it home.
Barbacoa bowl was supposed to have extra rice. There was almost no rice. There was one chunk of barbacoa with gristle on it and it wasn’t fresh. Ick.
My steak bowl was ok. But the steak itself wasn’t fresh. It was tough and seemed old.
The guacamole tasted off as well.
I tried to get assistance to report the issue with the food and the chat bot Pepper just made me more frustrated. Ugh!
I definitely will not be ordering from here again for a long time.
I appreciate the people who are working, so thank you.
It would be good if you made the bowl the way you’d do it if we are in front of you, or if you were going to eat it. Please care about your job. People are spending alot of money to eat this food.

Picked up our order at 4 PM today (Saturday), and whoever was rolling the burritos needs to teach everyone else! My husband and I both noticed how well they were rolled. Most times they’re nearly square, and these were burrito shaped. Much easier to eat, and they did NOT fall apart. My side of salsa was forgotten in my order, but I’m still giving 5 stars, because everything else was perfect!

Oh my lord, the cashier was so rude! The person who was serving me was fine but damn that cashier got some attitude . The guac had a side of avocado because tell me why i have a chunk of avocado in my guac LOL. Beside that my food was fine.
