It my first time to visit this place. There are lots of free parking spaces available. I had to wait a few minutes for a table. They have lots of TVs surrounding the restaurant. Menu was simple but filled with many choices. Staff were all friendly and very helpful. 5 people stopped by my table to ask how everything was going. My server, Jasmine was amazing. I’ll be back for more!

From being greeted by the lovely host Ruby as I entered with a big smile to where she then seated my guest and I somewhere comfortable so that I didn’t have to squeeze in and out of a booth, (I’m a larger gentleman lol), to our Chica Yahdy and her outstanding and attentive customer service throughout our stay while we enjoyed our meals, we had an amazing experience for our first time at Ojos Locos in San Bernardino!!! A big thank you to the manager Claudia M. and her staff, we will DEFINITELY be coming back again soon, the food was sooo delicious and the service was excellent ☺️

Ojos Locos San Bernardino went CRAZY. Pulled up with 10 of my closest friends and the vibes were unmatched. Food was straight , atmosphere was lit from the jump, and the energy stayed up the whole time there.
BIG shoutout to our server MERCY— she was an absolute legend. Drinks stayed moving, food came out fast, and she handled a big party like it was light work. Super down-to-earth, chill, and made everyone feel taken care of.
If you’re looking for good food, good energy, and top-tier service, this is the spot. We’re 100% coming back.

Food come out wrong, and the chicken came out cold and slightly pink. Drinks are great. However, I left my wallet at home, but had a photo on my phone. For reference I’m 6’5 240 and 28. The staff was friendly, but the manager seemed to have a bad attitude. I was told the photo of the ID was not acceptable. After a family member left a bad review the drinks were brought out. I went home to get my ID by that time. I think if this place wants to thrive they need to show leniency and have better judgment. Only letting something slide because of a bad review shows the the ID wasn’t the problem. The the manager being in a bad mood was the problem. If it was truly about principles the drinks would have never came out and I think that was a poor decision.

Daisy was my bartender and she stays on top of everything and makes sure no one waits too long to be attended. Super attentive and she makes being quick with orders look easy even if it gets busy. Solid service all around.

We had an amazing experience at Ojos Locos thanks to Mercy! From the moment we sat down, she went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. She kept our beer mugs ice-cold (which made such a difference!) and checked in often to make sure we had everything we needed for our meal. Her service was attentive, friendly, and efficient without ever feeling rushed. Mercy’s positive attitude and attention to detail really elevated our whole experience. If you’re lucky enough to have her as your server, you’re in great hands. Thank you, Mercy, for the excellent service, we’ll definitely be back!

We had an absolute amazing time.. the food was omg amazing, the flavors were there, the seasons were perfected.. the atmosphere was chill.. the waitress that attended us, Yoseline, was sooo helpful when it came to ordering and gave her opinions on the dishes and recommendations.. we will definitely be returning.. these are only some pictures that I took, but more food was ordered.. and for all that we ordered, we spent less than 200$ and we ordered ALOT.. especially drinks.. but all in all, we had a very good time..

I heard good things about the chino location but not this one in San Bernardino is only one waitress for one side of the restaurant area and is full of people, went I order my tacos tortillas so cool and tiezas and I waiting for 25 minutes for one refill of soda and never i get it just I left the restaurant my first time and bad experience honestly I don’t recommend this location is closed to my home but I prefer drive 1.5 hours to chino to go, here the owner have to put more attention on this if you don’t want to start loss customers because I feel this place San Bernardino not have at good customer service

Her warmth, friendliness, and overall sweetness were unparalleled. I had the pleasure of witnessing her perform the “happy birthday” song multiple times due to numerous celebrations around us. Notably, Gigi’s performance was brimming with energy and joy, her enthusiasm infectious and her smile the brightest. She truly made the celebrations special.
I rate my experience here a perfect 10/10 and am already looking forward to returning for my own birthday celebration, especially to enjoy the cheer that Gigi brings to her performances.
