I really like Chipotle, but… it was really bad today. Luckily the guacamole and chips were good…. or I would have made this review zero stars! Look at my pics. My daughter’s tacos were a MESS! They looked like a mutant burrito…. not three tacos. I got a Burrito Bowl with Garlic Guajillo Steak. The steak tasted like shoe leather. It was dry as a bone. Normally, I would recommend Chipotle Mexican Grill…. but not this time… I can’t. I will try them again…. Hopefully they just had a bad day.

We love Chipotle, but haven’t had their tacos in over a year, because there is a local and better taco joint in our area, we were shocked to see how small the tacos are now. We had no idea! We won’t be getting our tacos here again, why would we, when the local taco joint tacos are a more normal, and filling size. In all the years we have been going to Chipotle, we never finished a meal and were still hungry…..

This was the last straw! I’ve been ordering from this chipotle for awhile now yea sometimes they mess things up but tonight this wasn’t not okay! My bowl was completely wrong and so spicy to the point I can’t even eat it! Like I know chipotle doesn’t make a sauce or something that spicy! They forgot items I paid for and when I tried to reach out to the service chat all they did was offer a free drink?! Like are you serious? My whole bowl is completely messed up and a drink is gonna help? I’m done going back.

It seems the Girl at the counter never served before today. She gave 1/3 spoon of rice and 1/3 spoon chicken..and was ignorant when asked to fill it up. Someone has to make her realize this is not a family business but a multi national Corp and customer service is all that matters. pathetic!

$12 Dollars for this… Meat portion was extremely small asked for it on the side because of how greesy it was (picture does not show exactly how much greese there was). Ask to sample the chicken because my meat choice was so greesy and was told I would have to purchase it as a side since they are not able to give samples. I have avoided chipotle for a couple months because I felt like the food and service was not good after pandemic. But I think I’m officially done now. Especially with prices going up. I’d rather get something that feels and taste fresh.

I ordered a keto steak salad bowl and it’s probably the most pathetic “salad” I have ever received. The bowl was less than half full and contained more guacamole than salad/lettuce mix. Unfortunately since I ordered at work through Door Dash I was not able to comment at the time it was made. Several other issues were noted with coworkers meals in a large order. Very disappointed. Especially for the cost at $15 delivered.
