Our family has some particulars about how we order items and we usually have at least one item that we have to ask to be fixed. Every single item in our order was made exactly as we ordered it! The person at the register had a smile on her face when we walked in and everyone was just so pleasant. My only criticism is the drink machine looked like it needed a real thorough cleaning. But aside from that, we were very appreciative of the attentiveness of these employees!

Thos place is wrecked. Barely anyone working, the store is dirty and they were out of chili and baked potatoes when I came. The drive through worker was also working the inside counter and cooking the food while the manager was sitting in the back doing who knows what….

Filthy store, clueless/hostile employees and most menu items out of stock. At least we left before placing an order. This location was just gross. The floor in the ordering/dining area was literally slippery and sticky. I mean, each step was audible as our shoes picked up from the floor. Hasn’t seen a clean mop in forever. There also is a large, visible grease trail on the sidewalk outside of the front door. The employee behind the counter had a blank, confused look on her face. It’s as if she didn’t expect to actually encounter customers during her shift at the front of the store. And, she had to ask another employee for answers to even the most basic questions. And, that second employee was about as unwelcoming to us as could be, He actually seemed irritated that he had to do anything remotely resembling customer service. We attempted to order several breakfast items only to be told repeatedly that each item was “out of stock”. Just a craptastic experience all around. We decided to leave without ordering anything (as if we even could, anyway) and will not return to this Wendy’s ever again.
This location needs a serious reset.
Hey, Wendy’s Corporate – this would be a great location for one of your restaurants. Just start over from scratch because the current formula is not working at all.
In a nutshell – don’t waste your time visiting this location, it is just all-around awful.

we ordered 2 meals and one kids meal and it took over 20 minutes to get our food. the employees act clueless and it seems they have no clue what theyre doing. they might be new to the job so if thats it then ♂️

The worst fast food I’ve ever experienced. We ordered 2 Spicy Ghost pepper Chicken combo, took it home and the chicken was RAW.
Took it back and the manager asked if I would like a refund. I mean, that is the bare minimum. But no apologies or anything. In fact, she tried to explain herself that she watched the timer for 5 minutes so she’s not sure why it was raw. After returning my money, she just walked away as if she didn’t care.

We did drive through. Our chicken sandwiches were bad, not enough sauce. French fries were bad. My daughter ordered a Caesar salad but got pomegranate vinaigrette dressing. Dr. Pepper was a little flat. Wasted almost $40 bucks.

I stopped by this Wendy’s about a year ago and the food was so stale, cold and soggy that despite living 3 miles from here I didn’t go back until yesterday. Sad to say this experience was even worse and will definitely be my last visit. I ordered the Dave’s double. To start, I got two stale bottom buns. Literally the top bun was missing and replaced with a rubbery old bottom bun. The burger patty itself looked like plastic play kitchen food and tasted about the same. Avoid this location.
