Tried to come in after 8pm on a Sunday. All the chairs were up on the tables. Questioned whether or not they were open as I walked up. Literally googled their hours and also double checked the hours posted by the door. Close at 10pm. Decided to go in as they were definitely still open. As I walked in a staff member informed me they did not have over half of their menu items/ingredients. Seems like they just want people to think they’re closed by putting up chairs so early and not bothering to cook anything after 8pm (or sooner..) I would understand if I came in within 20-30 minutes of closing. But two hours before?? Really?? Disappointing not to mention it’s not been the cleanest, the few other times I’ve come in. I go to Chipotle because the quality is far better than Qdoba but this is just embarrassing and not worth paying the extra money if they even have all of their ingredients prepared.

I think a lot of these reviews have never been to any other chipotles. Chipotles in Milwaukee are constantly dirty, with constant rushes and stressed out employees. This chipotle is a slower store so by default they get less staffing. Every time I go here, the staff is trying their best to be helpful, and doing their job correctly. If this store gets busy, they don’t have as many employees on shift as a store in Milwaukee would, so they don’t have time to clean, and may give off an rushing/stressed vibe because they aren’t used to a busy store. I’ve never seen an employee here on their phone, or being off task; and compared to any other chipotle, this store is clean, and the workers actually seem happy! They are always smiling and laughing with eachother but still manage to get their job done. I hope everyone leaving nasty reviews remembers this: 1). These workers are teenagers, probably stressed out with school, and probably overworked. 2). These workers need to follow certain portion sizes and rules or they’ll get in trouble. 3). They’re understaffed. This isn’t their fault! These kids need to work like they’re three employees at once just to keep the place clean, and to keep the customers happy. My final note: Go visit a chipotle in a city, and come back to this one to see the difference in cleanliness and employees’ attitudes. Thank you Grafton employees for trying your best!

Chipotle is always a favorite lunch or dinner spot for our family. The food is always fresh so we’re never disappointed other than it seems like there is some inconsistencies with the amount of protein that they give you. I have also been unhappy with the ease of use when trying to add points to my account.

Been ordering at this location every week.. today I was really disappointed. Ordered chicken bowl with double protein using my 700 reward points. After I picked up the order and got home. I’ve noticed the portion of the chicken is extremely small even smaller than the single portion ive ordered before … was planning to share with my daughter but I had to give all my chicken to her because there’s hardly any in the bowl… I wish the staff could pay attention to the orders and give the customers what we paid for !!

I’ve been to plenty of Chipotles, and this one takes the crown for being the worst. Dirty tables everywhere, fingerprints smeared across the door glass, and not a single surface wiped down. The staff assumed I wasn’t dining in and bagged my food without asking. They didn’t listen when I said no beans — tried to dump a giant scoop of black beans before the rice anyway.
The vibe? Employees who clearly don’t want to be here. No offer of a drink, chips presented like they were free samples, and zero effort in customer service. My burrito was a disaster: barely any rice, drowning in sour cream, with hard, skimpy chicken.
I’ve given this location multiple chances, but enough is enough. Consider this my final visit

Dirty place behind the counter and the tables + beverage area. 2 line workers doing a good job the rest standing around. Sour cream turning and taste old. I saw the staff mix the old product with new so how do you know when the food has expired?
This is my 2nd visit in 4 months and neither have been good. It is 1:40 pm on a Saturday so consistent flow of customers. Sadly the place is dirty and makes be wonder what does the back room and freezers/fridge look like?

Overall its okay with room for improvements, the Carne Asada the day I ate it was way overcooked and dry, the chimchurri tasted like pure oil, and the setting is very tight you have to walk past people seated very closely and packed in like a sardine can just to order. That’s was my first experience at Chipotle and it missed the mark. I will definately try again and repost if my experience is different but until than Good luck.

So my daughter and I stop down after we have to visit the Grafton hospital. We’re not from Grafton. I had to go to Meijer. And saw a chipotle and I thought oh yummy I could do a burrito bowl. so we went inside nobody in there by two employees. The place was dirty, the buffet was empty and what was there looked very dried out, we left and went to Qdoba, which had fresh buffet and people in it enjoying food,This was 3 pm …..just saying people eat all hours of the day…and I wish I took pictures.

Came in at 11am for a burrito bowl. Service was ok but 15 minutes after opening and the rice, beans, and carne asada is cold. Should have looked at reviews before stopping here. Much better service and food quality at Qdoba not too far from there. And they don’t charge extra for chips and guacamole.
