The service and food has improved so much in the last year. I used to avoid this store, but now it’s clean and the employees are always friendly. Haley truly cares about the store and posts so much on social media trying to boost sales. She’s a great person for the role!

Came in today and had a great experience.Our food was good and great customer service. Haley was very nice. I noticed they have a program accepting donation for those in the community that may be in need of food. The manager also has another program for the holidays. This makes me want to eat at an establishment that is providing for those within the community. Happy to see something like that and I will be back. Give her a raise!

Haley makes it such a fun environment for my kids. Always making us so welcome. Also never forgets my meals. She has really tried to make Chillicothe come back from the place it use to be! Very thankful for subways in Chillicothe from another small local business!

Young girl needs training. Didn’t really want to be bothered and asked us what was on rotisserie chicken salad because she didn’t know. My daughter had to look up ingredients. Unbelievable

Ordered online. App wouldn’t work for curbside. Went inside to get order and had to wait half an hour. Once I got home, I realized they had purposely skimped on meat. I got a cold cut but it only had one of the three meats on it (bologna) and only one thin slice of it per side of the sub. Absolutely terrible experience.

Ordered Pick-up, Sandwich was well made and delicious, just grabbed my sandwich and left, employees were helpful too, since it was close to closing m, I’m surprised they weren’t trying to close up for the day.

If I could give negative stars I would! Ordered online said ready for pick up at 5:50. Husband went to pick it up and it wasn’t ready, they never told him until 6 that they just started it. Husband didn’t want his sandwich toasted and it was. Ordered a soda that we didn’t get or get credit back for. We will NEVER be going there again. Oh yea almost forgot the guys said he would give us A cookie for the inconvenience but we didn’t even get that.
