I ordered 3 crunchy tacos+guacamole+salsa+chips. They made the driver wait for an hour and my tacos were wrong, food is cold, and never received my sides. There is no way to contact a human and I was stuck in an electronic loop of forced answers. They refunded the meal but not the delivery fees and the driver got screwed! So my $30 chipotle taco dinner will now be $40 when I reorder. Never again. Very disappointing. I’m sick and I can’t drive.

I’m honestly blown away by how I was treated by restaurant crew, the grill guy, the line worker, and the manager… the only friendly person who actually acknowledged me as a person was the Cashier, who is a great asset to the company btw.

I ordered online for chipotlelane, which was a fast and easy process. Upon arriving the person could not find my order due to the person who wrote my name on the bag. The queso was chunky and the chips were clumped together with way too much salt. The salad was missing lettuce and was very wet. Not sure if they drained the meat or three lettuce was wet. The watermelon drink ok it required ice which my drink did not have.

This evening I ordered online from the Chipotle in Grosse Point, Michigan on Radnor as I have done so many times. This time I came to pick up my food the ladies at the register gave it to me. I went to the car and my bag felt a little light, I checked it, I ordered chips and queso sauce. But no chips, I went back in the restaurant and asked about the chips, I was told we have none. I asked why wasn’t I told this before walking out the door and paying for my chips. The ladies at the front asked for the manager to come out and repeated my concern to him, his reply “What do you want me to do about it.” Then he walked away. I asked is this how a manager talks to and in front of a customer. And asked for the manager again, he proceeded to raise his voice and said again what do you want me to do about it. I asked again is this how you act towards a customer or solve a problem, you knew there were no more chips (which I paid for), and his solution was to have an attitude and raise his voice. This is not okay especially for someone in a management position. You are showing your staff the wrong way to handle a paying customer. And I would like a refund. Thank you to the young lady at the register for trying to accommodate me. When there is a mistake made, or a refund needed they tell you to go online. I should be able to get my refund the same way I paid for my food. I am so disappointed, I love Chipotle, this was not the experience I was expecting.

Rice wasn’t cooked, barely any chicken, was extremely spicy for some reason, no queso even though I paid extra. This place needs to be shut down. I don’t even understand how an order could be made like this. It’s as if the employees are conspiring to close down their own store.

I should have read the reviews before ordering from here. I ordered a Carnitas bowl and did not receive Carnitas in it nor did I receive the fajita veggies either. I also added 2 drinks to my order and they did not come either. I would give 1 star but I did reach out to them on Twitter and they gave me free stuff as compensation so I’ll bump it to 2 stars. Overall I would not recommend this Chipotle location and I hardly ever give low ratings. Smh I was really looking forward to my burrito and cold coke.

I went to this chipotle today and I had to wait for the rice, now instead of giving me an REAL estimate of how long the rice would truly take to cook and letting me decide if I wanted to wait or not, they rushed making the rice. I got home to find that the rice felt like 1000 tiny rocks in my mouth and was not fully cooked. It was a waste of my hard earned money and I will NOT be returning here. This isn’t even my first poor experience with this place but I tried to give them more chances. Today was my last straw though because I do not have money to be wasting. I wouldn’t feed that bowl that I had today to my dog, shame on them.

This location is the absolute Worse I have ever been to. Store randomly locks doors throughout the day when people have doordash orders to pick up and so signs on the door stating their closed. I have been here 3 time twice I left without food. They never have chips then don’t tell you until your at the register, they advertise the new chicken them don’t have the sauce for it. It’s to many young people working there without adult supervision or should I say a manager. Every time I went loud music was playing the dining area looked a mess. They had to many people on the clock and Not doing their job. I’ll get this location together they need real customer service training and everything.
