I always have a good time at chipotle, but today wasn’t the day. I went around 9:30 today and opened my box to see CLUMPS of cheese in my bowl. Everyone was nice, that’s the only bad review about this bowl. 3 stars

Go here at your own risk, they wait until the last minute until they run out of food then rush to make everything too fast. They literally gave me raw chicken because they were rushing. I shouldn’t have gave them another chance after they rushed to make rice and it was rock hard because they rushed again on a previous visit. I don’t know about you but I don’t want food poisoning from raw chicken.

I had a very disappointing experience at this location. The restaurant was extremely dirty — the floors, tables, and food prep areas did not look clean or well maintained. It did not feel sanitary, which is concerning when you’re serving food.
The overall atmosphere felt neglected, and the cleanliness standards were far below what I expect from Chipotle. Management really needs to pay more attention to hygiene and upkeep. I hope they address these issues quickly because customers deserve a clean and safe place to eat.

Avoid this location. I placed a mobile order for drive-thru pickup. I arrived home and discovered that several items were missing in my order. I ordered a Cheese Only Kids Quesadilla for my son and it was missing cheese in the quesadilla, side fruit, and apple juice. I chatted with customer service to request a refund for both the missing items and the tip I left for the crew, but the customer service representative was only able to refund me for the missing items. It took a total of 46 minutes from the time I started the chat to the time the chat ended to reach a resolution I wasn’t satisfied with. I will be taking my business elsewhere moving forward.

Asked for a chicken bowl. Half scoop regular chicken, half scoop at spicy chicken! Asked the lady which chicken that was (making sure it was spicy) she said “idk I just got here” YOU WORK THERE, you should know what type of chicken you have in store!!!! Then they decide to charged me for extra chicken when I only got 1 scoop. This place sucks. Do better 🙁

Arrived when the Chicken Al Pastor was initially out (on the grill in preparation), listening to other customers complain. The staff were professional, filling other orders while waiting on the Al Pastor (which it seems, almost everyone wanted). Kudos to the staff for staying level headed, decidated and professional in adverse conditions.

Avoid this sketchy location. I placed a huge order of 25+ meals and they shorted us three. Luckily I counted the meals before leaving and the employee was surprised I did this. They made the meals they shorted me but after tipping them very well, I would expect my order to be correct. I have had no other issues at other locations. Don’t go here.

Today was my final attempt to give this place a chance… Every time I come in it is filthy and the food is disgusting if I even make it all the way through the line to get someone to slowly make my food, that is!! I never leave reviews but at this point, I am at a loss. Chipotle in general has gone down the drain over the last few years, but this specific establishment should be ashamed to open the doors on a regular basis. It is filthy. No one who cares works there And that is very obvious!!! you’ve lost a customer and I’m sure I won’t be the last best of luck on your franchise.
