I ordered a pickup for three bowls which two of them came out to be poorly portioned what a disappointment came home to them having barely anything in them. It looks like someone ate half my food. It was embarrassing to order a bowl that I only got half of. $34 total what a disgrace

My husband goes to this location on West Rd and Allen Rd, in Trenton all the time. The other day I asked him to get me a small guacamole with chips and when he brought it home, I opened the small plastic container and dumped it out on a paper plate to eat with some chips like I always do. It was dark brown and tasted awful. I tasted it because we all know that guac can start getting brown from oxidation after being made but if its freshly made (that day) it will still be green under the top layer and it will still taste great. This was old and horrible. I am shocked that anyone, while standing there, looking at this product while filling up a cup for a customer, would think it was OK to serve it. Tells me that whoever filled this order has zero concern about what they are preparing or providing to a paying customer. Not good….

Given the amount of food and garbage all over I’m rethinking my decision to eat at an establishment who doesn’t clean up in the kitchen or mostly in the dining area after customers have left. As I took a few pictures and began typing I saw a broom finally being used in the kitchen only but still missing entire areas and no one coming in the main dining area at all! The food was alright but they know they can do better. Let me guess the answer is they are short staffed, but how hard is it to make things go directly in the trash can and between customers go wipe down a table or too. Sad. Work on adding cleaning to your training agendas.

Cashier (quite a large man with dark hair and eyes) had an attitude and rang me up for my friends food as well without asking if I wanted it separate or together never offered a opportunity to get a drink just sped through the process and told me the total before I even had time to fully walk up to the register. And annoyingly the store smelt like a wet diaper. This location used to be my favorite after today I will be finding a different location to visit from now on. I understand having bad days but being rude in a customer service job makes zero sense I have social anxiety that’s usually why I’m quiet I can’t understand how that warrants being rude to your guests. The rest of the staff seems fine it’s just off putting to be treated like that when you’re barely speaking to begin with and trying to be polite as possible.

First time in Michigan stopped by this chipotle location it had good reviews I had high hopes! but unfortunately very small portion and there was a piece of ice in my food! It wasn’t as good as I expected! The restaurant wasn’t that clean!

Was there yesterday (4/29/23) food was fresh since it was around they opened up. The problem lies with the cost. For a burrito with white rice pulled steak double, guacamole and sour cream was 18$ and some change. It’s safe to say that is the last time I’m going.

Worst staff, I’m not sure the man’s name he’s a bigger man. Constantly rude. I order the kids meal fbecause it’s perfect size. Every time I come in and he’s working he rushes me, tell me I’m ordering wrong and tries to charge me extra for things that I’ve never been charged extra for, that’s he’s rang up for me as not extra. It’s absolutely ridiculous. I’m not trying to “cheat the system” and get more food for cheap, I’m just trying to order a meal. If a meal comes a certain way, I understand that but don’t attempt to change it on me every time.

The food is good most of the time, sometimes you dont get the freshest stuff, but the service is amateur hour and needs an improvement to put it lightly, I dont know if this a management issue or the workers are new or what. Im leaning more towards management, because this place used to run really well when it first opened up for a couple years and then it started going downhill.
