Every time I show up here they under cook everything and give you a lot of food or the food is perfect but gives half servings of food then has the audacity to look dumbfounded when you ask for double anything. Only thing consistent is the food is always cold 3 hours before closing and the place is a joke.

The food was okay and the portions are good. However, it is filthy in this place. I was shocked. There is nowhere clean to sit. The tables are filthy the floors are disguising and the prep area needs some serious work. It’s mid-day, I do not see a “rush” so there could easily be someone cleaning up. Just gross.

Man it’s so disappointing when you get home and something isn’t right with your order. I always get quac on the side and this is the 3rd or 4th time the quac was inedible from this location. I’m fine to scrape a little brown off the top but this is foul all the way through. Everything else was good though and staff friendly today

After a grueling 10-hour shift, I was looking forward to a fresh meal from Chipotle. Unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment. The white rice was completely undercooked and hard—practically crunchy—making it impossible to eat. To make matters worse, the chicken was burnt. It’s sad to see the quality and freshness slipping like this. I ended up unable to even finish my dinner.

The Allen and West Road location is filthy. The floor in the dining area looked like it had not not been swept in days. The floor beneath the beverage service area appeared even dirtier. If the area that the public can see is unkempt, I can’t imagine what the kitchen and non public areas look like. I will not be back.

I think other places have far better Mexican food, but I wanted somthing quick. After putting my order in ahead of time for a pickup at not at a particularly busy time of day I came in, at my pick up time, and waited. Watched as people came in and picked up after me as well as walk in orders walk in and out before me. After waiting 5 minutes I talked to staff and waited some more. I overheard they overlooked and forgot to put my order in. After 15 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready I received it no apology, but whatever. My problem is it shouldn’t have been that way. They have about 3 times the staff as I do in my department at a lever 2 trauma hospital. I think they have big heads as a franchise and McDonald’s has better service. I do not recommend this location.

Took back in to let them know she was rude said well you want white rice with attitude tried to give me not a full bowl cause I ate out mine. I won’t patronage there again. Sunday 12-18-25 8 pm….It took way too long to order. The employee making the each person food with very blatant attitude towards everyone was complaining about having to be there. He was rude to everyone ordering and taking his sweet time. The entire place was filthy from the kitchen to the front door. Every seating area was filthy. Trash cans were overflowing and the food in the bins looked disgusting. The employees were wiping the counters where they prepared food with a disgusting rag contaminating the food. Plus got a bonus hair in the bowl ordered. Seriously burn it down and start again. Gross!

The did was good. My server was very helpful in making suggestions for the burrito bowl I ordered. However, the serving counter was very messy, and it was not busy in the restaurant. A quick wipe down between the serving containers would help tremendously.

Just got takeout today. The carne asada steak was very fatty with a lot of connective tissue. No flavor either. I tried my wife’s chicken. It was burned. Must be a new cook who needs more practice.
