This was my second visit. I stopped here the first week they were opened and most of the food bins were empty so I left the store and said I’d be back once they had the hang of things. That was months ago, maybe over a year now? Anyway, tonight, it looked like it did the first time I was in there. Most of the food in the bins was at the very bottom or looked dried out and old. The employees didn’t act busy, half of them were standing around. Surprisingly, the food was pretty good except two of the 3 bags of chips we got were half crushed and broken or more. 80% of the tables were smeared and littered with food residue and had not been wiped down. The counter in front of the register had food debris all over it the whole time we were there and ate our meal and lingered and no one bothered to clean it up. The top of the make table was covered in food residue and one boy was making a half heart attempt at cleaning it up but gave up before he even got close to being done. And half ore more of the employees still mostly stood around and looked on. It was a really weird vibe and unkempt environment. It snowed a couple days ago and there is still snow and slush in the parking lot, however, there was a large standing puddle of water about a half inch deep at the entrance door, probably a square meter in size. No signs to say “caution wet floor” or no one attempting to mop it up. The place just seem unloved and workplace treated like a free for all by the staff. It’s a shame for a brand new restaurant brand that so many locals really love.

This place hasn’t been around long at all but really just needs more people working here. Been about 6 times at different times of day and they’re almost always out of about half of the ingredients. There’s only three people working at any given time. This place was trashed, garbage piled everywhere. Lady working the drive thru open mouth coughing, then taking a sip of water, then cashing me out at the register, then going back to making a burrito without changing her gloves. I think this is my last time going here. Such a disappointment

Did a mobile order and had to tell them my drink when we pulled through the drive thru, the girl working the window then just didn’t get my boyfriends drink at all when we said two drinks she only gave us one

Pulled into the drive through to pickup my mobile order and there were three cars in front of me. The first two got their food and left within a couple of minutes. The third car sat there for 10 minutes while they waited for there mobile order to be made while 8 cars got in line behind me. MAKE THEM PULL AROUND IF THEIR ORDER ISN’T READY YET SO OTHER PEOPLES’ FOOD ISN’T GETTING COLD WHILE WE ARE JUST SITTING IN LINE FOR SOMEONE WHO COULD’VE PULLED AROUND.
I finally got up to the window and the worker didn’t even acknowledge me for a couple more minutes while he was making more orders. Asked me for my name, I told him, and then I got my food and left. My food was sitting there for 10+ minutes getting cold while I waited in line for someone whose food wasn’t ready yet.
When I got it home and opened it, there was no extra rice like I put on my order, there was not even a full single portion of chicken, and it was dry because the queso was cold and again a very small portion. This location SUCKS! How are there two chipotle locations within 5 miles of each other and one (court street location) is consistently good while the other (east state location) is bad every time? I want a refund or a gift card or something, this is not even close to what I would get from the court street location.

While normally quite good, they completely messed up my order today :-/
They couldn’t even find my order when I first arrived, then told me it was being packaged up a few minutes later. When I got home, 20+ minutes away, I discovered it wasn’t even the correct Burrito Bowl 🙁

(Avoid at all costs) Ordered online, set the time of pick up at 7:50pm. We arrived at 8:10 and when we went inside only 3 employees on shift. The kitchen and lobby were trashed. The only trash can was piled to the roof. It then took 45-50 more minutes for us to receive our order that should have been done almost an hour sooner. Once we got the car and checked out it was already cold. Do your self a favor and avoid if you value your time and money. First time writing a review because it was so horrid.

I wanted to add a review as there were a lot of bad and that was not my experience. I went around 5 pm on a Sunday and everything was fully stocked, including vinaigrette and their juices. They were not busy but all of my food tasted fresh. I had kind of an annoying order but the lady making my order was super polite and made conversation as it was just me in line. Employees and restaurant had a clean appearance. All of our food was perfect except for the tortilla chips being overcooked. This is a new location so I expect them to continue to learn and improve. Don’t be afraid to give this location another shot.

Let me just say are they busy Mom who is just trying to get home which is 30 minutes away from the east State Street, I have never in my life had such a smooth transition getting in and getting out and under five minutes. Kudos to those amazing workers who all work together and fast to get my order ready! And keep in mind I did not pre-order I walked in with multiple orders. Read what they was.
