We’re two brothers and we are the Pizza Guys who own Ragazzi’s. We’re known for our pizzas, but we are also quite proud of the other items on our menu, and we take special pride in the many things we prepare from scratch here on the premises, including our breads, soups, and desserts. We learned about using fresh, local and seasonal ingredients long before they became restaurant buzzwords. For our grandmother, who lived in a small village in the old country, that was the only way to cook. So that’s why we source much of our produce from local growers. When we buy other ingredients, we buy the best we can find, such as Grande brand ricotta and fresh mozzarella.
Pizzeria fare from New York-style pies to sub sandwiches, plus a full liquor bar with craft beers.

A good local joint! Always nice customer service and helpful staff. Everything seems clean and in order. Nice sized patio, but mostly for smokers. They have great deals on their half off apps at happy hour, no drink specials though. Still makes it a great deal! The bruschetta is fresh and tasty. The pizza looks great but haven’t tried it yet.

Though the food is pretty good, I’m done with ordering from them. Recently called in an order got there and they forgot to make it. But instead of trying to get me food, their kitchen was closed so no pizza. Hostess said we’ll make it up to you next time we came in. When I mentioned it to her the next time I came in she just looked at me with no expression. No discount. Scant apology. Tonight I ordered online. Food was supposed to be ready at 7:20p. Pulling in to the mostly empty parking lot, the app says now 8p. When I asked if it was really going to take an hour for a pizza I was told they were short staffed. How hard is it to tell the kitchen to make a pizza? Sorry for the bad review, but you guys did this to yourselves. Bon chance – order at your own risk.

The kitchen cannot produce pizza in the quoted time. Told ready on 39 minutes. Arrived 60 minutes for pick up and told not ready – another 30 minutes. Just be truthful and give more accurate time for pickup. After waiting 15 additional minutes, I was told they had not started the pizza. The kitchen was backed up. What kind of management is running this place?

This place was great! We went to eat with our friend for her birthday, she loves this place but it was my first time. Our server Amanda did a great job taking care of us. The food was delicious and there were a ton of options, I highly recommend their Pizza Bianca. Drinks were a good deal too!

I really enjoyed my meal, the seafood with pasta, which I ordered with the red sauce. Great sauce, seafood cooked just right (every clam and mussel open and tender and not overly briny, the calamari equally tender and not rubbery as it can often be). Most of the rest of our group also seemed to like their food, though the Hawaiian pizza was a bit soggy with the pineapple juice, and the pineapple itself looked like it MIGHT have come from a can…
The service was friendly but it did take quite a while for our food to come out, though there were twelve of us, so I suppose it’s understandable.

It was my first visit and I only tried the veggie pizza and added sausage. So I’m not sure about other items. The veggie pizza was just ok. It was bland. I had to add salt, pepper, oregano, and cheese to make it taste somehow better. The center of pie was soggy from veggies.
The server was not that professional. Basic.
Mediocre ambiance and vibe. Somehow noisy due to the boxed layout of the salon. Sounds echoes.
Overall I guess 3 out of 5 is fair.

I heard such great reviews and went for lunch on a Saturday. The restaurant wasn’t crowded and the staff was extremely nice. I order the lunch special, 2 slices of pizza and a salad (not pictured). One slice was topped with ricotta cheese and the other with meatballs (paid extra for the toppings) Trust me the salad was the best part of the meal. The pizza was luke warm (I’m being generous) and it taste like it was just sitting around all day and they just zapped it in the microwave. I gave them a 2 because like I said the staff was extremely friendly and I enjoyed my salad.

If I could give this place a negative rating on service I would! My girlfriend and her friends, all public school teachers in the area for training, went to this place today for lunch. When they got there the place was completely empty. They told the server they only had an hour for lunch, and were told that would not be a problem. The server took their orders, brought them drinks and that was it, an hour later and they never got their food. Meanwhile the place filled up with customers that ordered and got their food. So there they are sitting watching everyone who came in after them eat. After over an hour when they went to leave with no food being served, the staff did not apologize for the wait or how they were treated, in fact they went ahead and charged the ladies for the drinks they had! They ended up leaving and going back to training upset and hungry. Great job Ragazzi’s staff, I will never recommend you to anyone again!

It’s a very nice place, outside dinning, inside…food here is great! The pizza is done very well, crust is thoroughly baked. Entrees are superb as well!
