I just had such a dope experience at the Athens chipotle. I been going here for years and never have left a review, but today was bomb. All of the staff was extremely friendly, and INSANELY quick. They did not even come close to skimping me on rice AND meat, so that was insanely clutch. Just an overall great experience, I know I don’t need to convince anyone to eat chipotle, but don’t let these bad reviews steer you away!

I love chipolte and this was the first time I’ve ever been to this location and it was a mess. They were out of chips and we ordered five things of queso so no chips for all the queso, the burrito bowl was leaking out all over the bag and had the bottom soaked out before we got home, one of the queso was spilled out because the lid wasn’t on all the way, one of the burritos wasnt rolled right so it was all over the place and I had to eat it with a spoon, I had to stop and get chips on the way home for all of the dip. I understand things happen but this was a whole mess and basically a waste of $55 on my birthday. So yea if I based my experience in this visit alone, I probably wouldn’t go back. I contacted customer service and they said they would credit me a chip and queso, ok that makes it all better thanks

The worst Chipotle I have ever been to. Every single time I order there is something wrong. Today, they decided to give me half my ingredients for my already overpriced burrito bowl. Leaving me with a half empty bowl. Never ordering from here again. What a waste.

This chipotle is honestly a mess, they never give a good amount of food, there always rushing which leaves your bowl looking a mess, they rush so much that they forget to put things in your bowl or either double with out you asking. And the workers honestly lack customer service I understand you’re trying to move fast but I didn’t ask my food to come with attitude.

The system Chipotle is now utilizing is horrifically lackluster. I ordered a couple meals and was notified AFTER it should have been delivered that my order was cancelled. Just like that. What a waste of time. I’m good on Chipotle. That’s ridiculous.

The food is OK, but when we got there, the music was BLASTING (the Lion King soundtrack), and the young man behind the counter thought it would be funny to whisper. He wouldn’t make eye contact, and all four of us had to ask him again and again to repeat himself and speak up.

As a person with food allergies, Chipolte always works in any city. This location had undercooked rice. Since I’m a lite eater I was able to eat around it. I’ll try this location again since I’m doing more business here.

I’ve given this place three or four chances because I know there can just be bad days but I’m done now. I have been to many Chipotle restaurants and love the food when it’s fresh and service is good but this has to be the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. Food is never fresh, guac is brown and chips are rubbery and not crunchy have to be days old every time. Understaffed and service is terrible everyone always angry and don’t care what you are asking for. Run out of stuff frequently and it’s not managed properly at all. Really sucks because I would go here tons if it was good.
