My chicken tacos were hot and yummy! The workers were quick & polite. There was not a long wait I went around 5pm. I had no issues with anything. The store was clean when I visited. The patio was nice to sit and eat. I will go back glad to have one closer to home to fill my cravings!

Place was dirty, employees need a lot more training on just about everything. I bought a sofritos bowl and it had multiple pieces of chicken in it. Spoke with the “general manger” at this location and she told me because I used Apple Pay for my purchase, that I couldn’t get a refund and the food would have to be returned just to be remade…. NAH COOPERATE GOT MY BACK LOL NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN !

The new store! Very nice inside, servers Great! The one dude was all over making sure the food was perfectly made! Smiles everywhere! But I’m not a fan of this type of a meal. The steak was gristily so my tacos were no good. Same for my wife’s food, but she really likes Chipotle just not this time.

Ordered online a burrito bowl it was good but but the large queso blanco and chips were stale and chewy. You company’s need to stop asking us for tips no og fast food places do that pay your workers right. Now I’m irritated that I paid almost 10 dollars plus tip for stale chips. I have worked at several restaurants and have made tortillas chips it takes under a minute. What a shame don’t bother offering to make it right I won’t wast anymore gas or time to go up there. It was 3 o’clock and dead no excuse in my book. Had to edit to emphasize that it this is not a sit down and be served restaurant the idea of tipping to drive off and find your food sucks and the only option is to hop in your car and turn around to get your order correct that is what a server at your table in a restaurant is good for. If you expect extra compensation especially up front make sure your food service is of quality to earn that tip. Don’t feel too bad Fire House subs and CJ chans can’t complete orders properly and beg for extra cash. The only place to do me right is the gyro palace by Dayton Mall. Quit asking hard working people to compensate your employees. I got better stuff to spend my money on then stale chips not mad at the workers stuff happens but the concept of me tipping at a place I have to travel back to to even get thing right(which I will definitely not be doing) is a slap in the consumer’s face. Especially for drive thru where I pay with a credit card in advance the workers didn’t have to handle money nor did I use your facilities. Oh yeah I helped you keep the carbon emissions down by not wasting fuel to drive back up there your welcome. If you do want to make it right screw the replacement just throw me back my tip though credit card I used.

The demand far outweighed the supply for this new restaurant. Visited late afternoon on a Saturday, while waiting in line about 6 people back, it was announced they were only accepting exact cash and had no steak. When we got to the counter there was also no brown rice or chicken. We were satisfied with the limited alternatives we chose. The staff was polite but clearly stressed with the situation.

Honestly, you guys suck. I’ve been here at least a dozen times since they opened and they are ALWAYS out of one or more things that I want and they refuse to make more, they act like it’s an impossible task to throw some fajitas in a pan and sauté them real quick. Double meat portion was the same as a single portion. Place is visibly dirty, utensils falling into the pans, bag of tortillas hanging halfway in the salad mix. Very poorly managed location, they never prep enough. Takes 15+ minutes to get 3 people through the line. Do yourself a favor and just go to a different location.

My new favorite chipotle location. Ever since this restaurant opened, they have been so nice every time and give you a great amount of food. This chipotle knows what they are doing when it comes to portions. The food has been consistently good and fresh! Most chipotle’s are fresh but I have experienced where the food just wasn’t as good at different locations. So far so good and I will keep going back to this one!
