This place blew my mind today. Went in for lunch with my daughter and grand daughter. Told them I’m celiac and wow! I have never been treated better at a restaurant since celiac. They were wonderful. Quickly changed gloves and explained how they do things for a food allergy. got all new clean spoons to make my bowl and was very accommodating and very understanding and nice about everything! Will definitely eat here again. Thank you to the team that worked today! I felt safe eating the food.

THERE IS A WHOLE NEW CREW AT THIS LOCATION (THANK GOODNESS!) … DEDRA & WREX WERE AMAZING, PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY, TOTALLY CHANGED MY MIND ABOUT THIS LOCATION AND THE QUALITY OF FOOD WAS OUTSTANDING. THE ENTIRE RESTAURANT WAS ACTUALLY CLEAN & GOOD ATMOSPHERE!!! TYVM

Unfortunately this is the closest location to our house and has the worst service. If you want to feel like your ruining someone’s day, and be treated as if you are there to bother/annoy them for your meal … by all means visit this location. Not that any of the other local stores are any better with the atmosphere or attitudes or food quality for that matter.

The last two times I came in to this location, I was helped by the same man. He demonstrated his professional skills and attitude both times, handling a picky customer who had a lot of questions with ease, and rolling her burrito expertly despite it being quite full and have EXTRA sour cream. When he helped me, he was courteous and quick. I also work in hospitality, so I complimented him and asked for his name. Wrex, he said, and thanked me. His efforts should be recognized, as he is a great example- especially compared to some of the late night crew I’ve received service from at other locations.

I ordered a carnitas burrito bowl with a tortilla on the side as well as extra carnitas on the side. When the employee went to put the carnitas on my bowl, I realized that most of it was dry, but couldn’t see it well. I asked if they had any meat that wasn’t so dry- I was told that was all they had left. The employee told me he would get me some from the bottom that wasn’t “juicier”. I also asked for some extra on the side, and he put a small amount in a small side container. When I got home, I got a better look at the carnitas meat. It doesn’t show up very well in the picture, but it was essentially all pork jerky. Very stringy, very dry, very tough, just like jerky. I was also charged an absurd amount for a small additional side of pork jerky- over $4 extra. Additionally, I was charged for a tortilla on the side with two massive holes in it- basically unusable. I tried calling three separate times to see what could be done. I was sent through an automated system and hung up on all three times when it tried to connect me to the people working in the store. They were almost dead when I had been there 10 minutes prior, so I find it difficult to believe that they were unable to answer the phone. I’m very disappointed in this location, and urge that you drive to another one of the three/four locations in the area.

This specific Chipotle runs out of ingredients EVERY SINGLE NIGHT. Some nights, it’s a majority of them. During my most recent visit, they informed me as I walked in they were out of lettuce, shredded cheese, guacamole, & several others things (but I’d already stopped listening). He employee was friendly enough. I just gave him a “Oh, it’s this again?” smile and said thanks anyway. As I walked out he said, “We’re basically out of everything but Coke.” I assumed he meant the soda, but either way he got a laugh from me.

Update #1: Tried this Chipotle location again, a month after my original review. Two hours before closing, and they’re out of shredded cheese. I’m starting to wonder if they’re actually ever not out of something.

I get a chicken and steak mixed bowl, white rice, half scoop blk beans, tomato salsa, corn salsa, sour cream, cheese (extra), lettuce (lots) and the lady making my bowl made it perfectly without me having to ask for anything. I always think the ingredients at Chipotle are fresh and have the best flavor. I think its pricy but not any more pricier than anywhere else, the freshness and because its vegetables and good meats its worth it.

Tried to have dinner here this evening, apparently they were out of cheese and guac, Asked to substitute queso for the cheese and they told me it would be an additional charge. If you’re out of something that you’re supposed to supply for free or included with my meal, then there shouldn’t be a charge for replacing that item with something you do have. If I could given Negative stars I would.

My husband ordered online and I didn’t think to ask which Chipotle he was ordering from. I won’t go to this location, and today was a reminder of why. 2 out of 3 burritos were fine. The filling in my burrito was fully mixed, which is odd, but it didn’t take long to figure out why. I asked for lite red sauce and extra lettuce. There was no lettuce and an insane amount of red sauce. I’m guessing whoever made it read “extra” instead of “lite” for the sauce. I guess they realized the error and instead of remaking the burrito, they tried to mask it by thoroughly mixing everything up. Every bite was fire! Because they mixed it, there wasn’t even any pockets of sour cream to cool my mouth down. I couldn’t even eat half.

I guess it’s still better than the time we got 2 burritos that could fit in the palm of your hand? Have to convince the husband to stop ordering from this location.

I went to Chipotle on Linden Ave today. I ordered a chicken bowl & chips online for faster service. I picked up my order in the drive-thru like I always do. There was absolutely no chicken anywhere in my bowl; however, I did receive a ton of guac that I did not order. They actually charged me for this wrong order. I was very disappointed. There is a bad apple somewhere in this location. Bad service = no customers. No more chances. I will not be back.
