Absolutely terrible location how can you not have any rice and any fajita vegetables 45 minutes before you close along with most of the meats in the serving compartment were completely dried out looked as if they had sat there all day long completely nasty see pictures. I went into chipotle around 3pm 5/31/25. I first would like to say the store is nice and brand new. When I first walked up to the counter there were 2 people that I could remember. There was a young black gentleman with tattoos, and a nice white lady at the check out. As I approached they were stalking, and someone said “we will be with you in one moment” . I then preceded to say “take your time”. While leaning on the wall looking at the menu the black gentleman then says “excuse me” in a rude tone and waved his hands . I then walked up to the counter, orders my food, and left the store. The black gentleman the entire time kept giving me dirty/ cold looks and I really don’t appreciate it. When got home to open my bag I noticed my queso was at the bottom opened. THEN, the kids meal cheese was like that. All the chicken was burnt so bad I couldn’t even bite/ eat it. I am a college student just trying to shop at the hyde park Kroger, and then get lunch at chipotle before returning to UC. The experience that I received today was very disappointing coming from Hyde park. On top of that the lady never gave me a receipt. My juice box was covered in queso before I washed it off. I tried to call the store, but it said “all staff are busy and cannot answer the phone”.

Stopped in on a Saturday around 2pm. About 4 people in line.Service was fast, store looked clean. Bowl was not my favorite . . . My expectation from Chipotle is consistent flavor across locations and this store was lacking, especially on the rice . . . Dunno if they over lime juiced it or what, but just didn’t taste right.

4. No forks
5. No Ice (we’re completely out was the response)
6. Trash overflowing
And then as I’m sitting there someone else complains about no ice and wow, there’s ice.
Probably the worst Chipotle experience I’ve ever had and believe me I eat a LOT of Chipotle

Ordering food online from chipotle is so IRRITATING! I swear.. they don’t care about how they make your order. I asked for extra green sauce, they give me light. I asked for extra corn, they give me light. I asked for light sour cream and they give regular amount. Barely any rice. Oh! And my lid wasn’t even on tight when I picked it up out of the bag it was open.
At this rate they owe me another bowl for free is how I see it!! Because this is ridiculous. It’s the same thing each time you order online.

We ordered directly from Chipotle on the app. Although they charged us for all items, they shorted us a burrito and a guacamole when it was delivered. When we contacted them they simply said there is nothing they could do about it. Besides the inconvenience of missing one of the dinners, this is simply theft and extremely bad customer service.
The restaurant contacted us later and refunded the charge for the missing food. I appreciate the follow-up and response.

I really hate coming to this chipotle, each time they’re out of a food item and refuse to make more even though it’s hours away from their closing time. They also shut things down early for example It’s 6 pm and they stated they aren’t making anymore quesadillas for the day… huh ? Not only that the workers are rude and reeks of cigarettes.
