Placed online order at 6:55 pm order was ready as promised at 7:10. We usually order from the Howe Ave location but we were in the area of Graham Rd. My husband and I were very impressed with the burritos we received. The taste was a lot better than we what we have been getting lately at the other location. This is our second time ordering from Graham Rd and I think we found a new store to go to.

if you like chipotle, this is the best one. food quality is always perfect, customer service is always great. i go out of my way to go to this one, other locations just don’t compete. it might be because of the unique business model here, because you must order online.

Extremely disappointed! The size of the burrito was laughably small. It was so small it could’ve fit in the guacamole cup. Given these other reviews corporate or management MUST be telling the employees to give out small portions. I hope the company doesn’t implement this across all locations. And unfortunately I’m sure these drive-up order only locations will continue to be built because they are probably cheaper to run and manage. But man is this is a huge step back for chipotle. Will never be going back to this location.

I opened my burrito bowl to find a bug crawling around in the lettuce. I went to my rewards login to lodge a complaint using the messenger option they have. It was clear these are all automated responses: “Hmm seems like we missed the mark on this one.” You think? There was no apology and regret for the inedible food. Just a here’s some extra rewards so you can purchase again. Great. Another lunch I won’t be able to eat. This is unhygienic. No coupons, rewards points, or free product makes this right. I should have received a refund.

2 visits similar results. Both visits I ordered double steak and extra lettuce. $4.99 extra. Did not get extra steak or lettuce either time. One window girl was nice. The other was not at all nice. $16 for a double steak bowl (with maybe 1 portion of steak) on both visits and I went to McDonalds after because I was still hungry. Too much emphasis on speed and not any emphasis on accuracy. I won’t be visiting Chipotle again. Check out my pic of my nearly empty $16 steak bowl that left me hungry.

It was easy to order off the website. There was a little wait which is understandable. The young lady that served us at the drive up window was very friendly. The issue I have is with the portion size. This is the second time we’ve ordered from this location and the bowls were about 1/2 full. The picture does not clearly show exactly how small the portion was but the bowl was seriously 1/2 full. When I pay almost $9 for a chicken bowl, I shouldn’t be hungry after eating it.

If I could give this store a ZERO I would but a one will do. The worst chipotle I’ve ever had. Only got half my order correct and I got somebody else’s bowl in my bag instead of mine. The bottom of my bowl was literally wet on the outside and I don’t get anything but rice and chicken. The chicken was basically raw. The chips were stale. This restaurant needs closed immediately, it’s a disgrace to the chipotle brand. NO WONDER THERE IS NEVER A LINE OR ANYONE IN THE PARKING LOT.

Ordered a drink. They did not have any left. They couldn’t refund it. Rather than just comping us guac or queso and calling it square, it ended up being an overly complicated process where I was given a post it note with a number to call to get my $3 refunded. Cashier was rude to wife and less than helpful. So now I’m supposed to email corporate or call this random number of a manager where I don’t even have their name?
