Very rude manager placed order online for a second day in a row the bowl was open inside bag showers manager at the window he asked me did I want a refund I asked for my bowl to be remade he closed and slammed the window and told me have a good night , I parked went inside and asked for refund did not offer refund and told his stay not to remake my bowl , mean while staff was laughing and cracking jokes , thing escapees and the police was called to the scene, even offered to buy another bowl for my child to replace the one that was open and wasn’t serviced just nasty and rude and very disgusting work place . Manager needs to be fired and the working staff needs to be replaced. Bowl was open and inside bag was dirty bottom of bag was dirty as if my food was touched and never touched for a 8 year old child in pick up window , let alone made order to be ready at 8:20 ok and we sat until almost 9 waiting for bowl.

This is by far the worse, nasty chipotle I’ve ever been to the workers is very unprofessional, especially the manager coffin. Different foods droppings into other containers and my boyfriend loves chipotle and every time I come to this one I’ll be like oh my God I have to leave to go to another one. Is anybody checking these reviews from corporate? Y’all really do need to look into this someone’s gonna really get sick. when the last time they washed these containers, who wanna eat from here?

My experience today. This worker was very rude. She wouldn’t take my order, finished the person behind me and in front of me but wouldn’t finish my order. She has terrible customer service and shouldn’t be on front of the line with no people skills. She needs to lose the attitude she always seems to have.

I wish customers would stop making issues or complaints about their poor attitude towards these workers.
It’s not only rude and disrespectful but it’s simply annoying for me as a customer to sit there and listen to someone complain or be upset about some food. I wish customers had better attitudes towards staff. I do and never have any problems.
It is always ILLEGAL to take pictures of people without permission, and then posting them online to a store. Unacceptable.

Hey family visited this new location a few days ago. The customer serving line wasn’t long, but the food line was missing some items for customers to choose from. When this happens you get unhappy customers who hold up the line
Plus some customers go in expecting the same quality service they get at their favorite location.
The manager at great customer service but that wasn’t enough some customers
When you’re just opening your staff should be train at least 90% up to par to maintain a good product and great customer satisfaction.
Hopefully they can work out the kinks and get on track. (Management)

The lady in there was just rude and upset for no reason, slamming ingredients and doing small portions. Makes you feel like you’re in the wrong for trying to order food, idk. Saw her treating other customers like this, so it’s not personal but still unprofessional

I wouldn’t come to this place again if it were the last restaurant or “fast food” spot on earth. Let me explain what happened. My boyfriend and I stopped by for lunch, and he was greeted by a young lady on the line who made his bowl and treated him respectfully. When it was my turn, she didn’t even acknowledge me, just stared at me. I had to speak first and say, “I’d like a bowl with white rice.” She continued to stare without saying a single word, not even a simple “hello” or “what would you like on your bowl.” Her attitude was rude and unprofessional.
I came to the conclusion that the young lady was being nasty toward me simply because I was with my boyfriend. I’ve never stepped foot in this location before, nor do I even know her. The behavior was completely uncalled for and made me very uncomfortable.
To make it worse, she even asked if my boyfriend and I were together, completely inappropriate. I left those bowls right where they were, because there was no way I was eating food handled by such disrespectful staff. The place itself was filthy, the bathroom reeked of marijuana, and employees were eating over the food they were serving. It’s absolutely disgusting. This location needs to be inspected by the health department and shut down immediately.

The service was OK until a girl took over the line and wanted to rush me thru the line without putting everything i asked for in my bowl. Was out of fajita veggies and when I asked if more was coming she said “I don’t know I just got here” instead of saying “let me check”. Then proceeds to grab a fist full of cheese the I watched another employee drop avocado in. I tried to tell don’t put it in my bowl but she was so interested in what her coworkers were talking about, she put it there anyway. When she finally looked back at me I told her what she did and asked if I wanted my bowl remade. I’m allergic and at this point I was in there so long cause no one wanted to work the line, I told her no and left. Please get employees who actually want to work or at least care about what they are doing so they don’t hurt anyone. I could have died. This was at 4pm 10/17/2025 after I watched what looked like the store owner or some higher up walk thru the back cause she had on civilian clothes behind the line. I wish she would’ve saw the lady disregard for me and lack of care in her voice. She didn’t care what she did or what happened to me. Never coming to this one AGAIN!!!! Makes me not even want Chipotle ever again!!!!
