Very disappointed. I ordered four bowls online. One bowl was completely wrong; shredded beef instead of chicken. The bowls weren’t full as they normally are.Will be spending my hard earned money, elsewhere.

Sides for the quesadilla were half filled, same with the side of queso. They don’t give you the full amount of food you pay for. Plus they put the wrong meat in the quesadilla, never returning to this location.

I’ve had poor and inconsistent service and experiences on 3 separate occasions at this location in the last 2 weeks. My first visit I waited in a very long line for 30 minutes with not a single person served before I left out of frustration. The 2nd and 3rd times I ordered online, picked up the orders and realized they were wrong once I got home. In one case, two bowls were missing cheese, lettuce, and queso (paid extra $) and missing the side tortillas we also paid extra for. They also both had regular chicken, not chicken al pastor. The bowls were dry and the rice is always undercooked and “crunchy”. The service is poor, absolutely zero customer service. I highly recommend looking for an alternate location – this one is a real disappointment.

I see why this location has an AVERAGE 1 Star Rating. First and foremost, the customer service is awful. But that’s expected, then the manager Christine (or Christina, whatever) likes to argue with customers and cuts you off. I was over charge for a side of rice and two small sides of corn and sour cream. I was initially charged about 8 to 9 $ for a scoop of rice and two sides of veggies.? Then after the manager had to communicate with her, tell her workers on the line (because she decided to go eat food in the back in the middle of work). She then move my total down to $7.50, which is still outrageous for “two” scoops of rice, cheese and corn.

Food prep is always bad. The beans and tofu look like soup, they are so full of liquid. Workers don’t change out their gloves and touch everything with their hands then come to prepare your food. Also, the grill is so filthy, but during shifts are never cleaned just a quick scrape over and you can still see the ashes. Furthermore, the cooks continue to place more and more prep food upon the dirty surface. I decided not to order and just left, I would not be surprise if someone don’t become sick from their food handling and safety precautions. This is NOT the first time i have witness this filth at this fairly new facility.

No more staff here need more staff for work 30 minutes I don’t get my food one girl working only for food I ordered like double chicken in there just put it on Bin I can buy the extra chicken I’ll pay for that they have no chicken. Need management good . after complain guy he’s coming in he gave me chicken side and he told me I make for you a Bowl for you it. Bad and good everywhere but they need to understand.

This chipotle location is not it!! Slow and terrible customer service. Nobody greets you when you work through the door, but they make sure to bark out what items on the line (that they really should have stocked in their inventory) they do not have immediately. They don’t frequently wipe their prep counter down, there is always a rather large collection of the items that they have slopped in other customers bowls/burritos/tacos that has flown out. They do not frequently wash their hand or change their gloves between customers. They charge so much money and the orders are never worth the price. It’s a shame that this is a fairly newer location and it is staffed by people who are probably related or friends outside of work hours that are just there to get a check and account for some hours of the day. I have visited this location at least 4 times prior to leaving this review in hopes that the experience would get better but, that has not been the case. I have no problem driving a few more minutes down the road to go where my time and money are respected.
