After reviewing my order, I was super happy with the service. The woman at the drive through window was sweet. Got home to eat my food, took a couple of bites and immediately almost vomited. There was a bug in the burrito. Not sure if it was an ant or a fly or what but i’m so disgusted. I used to work in the food industry and I can’t imagine letting this slide.

What happened the night of 8/22/2023 is entirely unacceptable. From waiting in line for what seemed an eternity (stopped timing after 57 minutes) to the non-chalant attitude of the woman with the hazel contacts in her eyes. Made an order online and then a 15 minute wait turned into almost an hour. I saw people who pulled up AFTER I got there and getting their food and leaving. The lady handing out orders was saying that they’re understaffed. I’m not sure I entirely believe that. One, they use that excuse a lot. People are really out here looking for work, and I’m sure tons of folks have applied at this restaurant. Two, I counted at least five different people working there this night. The inside was closed and they were only accepting online and app orders. As I was waiting for the app to tell me when the food was ready (it never did. I had to go through the drive-thru to get my food, almost 45 minutes after I ordered it), I counted five different people working the good station. This location was my go to, but if this is the game they’re playing, of they’re gonna stoop to the level of those travesties in the steelyard and on 222nd and Lakeshore, I’ll drive out to Mentor for better service. All the good service is way out in the suburbs. Cleveland area fast food is some of the worst in the business. Lastly, they forgot a fork and napkins that I requested. Minor inconvenience, as I had to go to a McDonald’s to get that, late at night, but an inconvenience nonetheless.

Typical Chipotle inconsistent food, and they refuse to make your food how you want it. 11 People standing in line and not a single person working the line. This franchise needs to go bankrupt already. Worst managed restaurant chain ever!!!! Hey Corporate, how is this acceptable??? Starting to think you all need fired too. Every single location is a train wreck. Do yourself a favor and go try Condado’s Tacos in Mentor!

This area. WILLOWICK, is an interesting area for food services as each individual restaurant shares similar complaints. I’ve been to this location when visiting friends and each time the food isn’t the problem for me, it’s the sloppiness within the restaurant. “Clean As You Go!” Should always be the mantra! I hate having to scrape dry rice and quaso sauce from underneath my chicken bowl, which got all over me and my things…

2 hours before close the line looked disgusting and the guy working calls out that theyre of chicken tomatoes al pastor and sour cream he said more but that’s all I could remember. Get better management. This is unacceptable for chipotle. Will forward up to corporate as well. Re open this as something else if this is how you want to run it.

Whoever diced the onions and jalapeños, and cut the cilantro the morning on 7/12/2023 should never be allowed to hold a knife again. Let that person make the honey vinaigrette instead. Also do a line wipe more often, counter is always crusty like my ex and unappealing. Other than that workers are super nice especially whoever the cashier was on 7/12. He was super kind and funny, maybe Let him the cut the onions and jalapeños in the morning.

This has to be the slowest location on planet earth. Today, I watched the supervisor stand outside and have a conversation with a friend for 20 mins while we waited in line. I know it’s the supervisor because the last time I visited this location, me and about 10 other people including some door dash/Uber ear people waited for food until I asked for a manager and she had an attitude problem that we asked about the food. It was infuriating to see her dance in the back while cars lined outside of the establishment and serveral people waiting along side me. PLEASE avoid this location at all cost! I will drive that 11 miles to get my wife that chipotle she loves..

Literally just walked out! Sign on door says they are out of tortillas, chips, and cheese. Then go inside and sign says out of corn, salsa, sour cream, and vinaigrette. Watched 2 customers tryna make a meal out of what they had. Only to be charged full price, though more than half items were missing. Then cashier got smart with man, telling him either he get it or not, cause nobody made him eat there, in the nastiest tone. Customer service absolutely terrible.

Customer service is non existent. No excuse for the workers to have attitudes over doing their job of their choice. Management needs to straighten their employees out if they want to continue having service. Today I walked in and there was hardly anyone there so, why is the employees upset. They clearly don’t want to work they should be happy they have time to do what they do best….nothing. Children need to be thankful they have a job they have no appreciation, no respect, no professionalism. I thanked the only good employee there, the young female cashier. She is always kind and professional.

The employees were quite rude and unprofessional. They were very short-tempered and not friendly in the slightest. In addition, there were no utensils, which is ridiculous considering this is a fast food restaurant. I was not pleased with this experience.
