I usually order from this chipotle on door dash for lunch while I’m at work. The last 3 times they have not put any condiments, lettuce, or salsa on my order. Not sure how that happens every time

This was a pretty bad experience, and I cannot recommend this Chipotle. We had a promised pickup time of 6:50pm and food didn’t come out until 7:20pm. Just as bad was the food quality. Burritos were not rolled well and fell open. Nothing was labeled so we had no idea whose food was whose. Worst was the kid’s meals, which were so bad I included a picture of them below, and would love to have a manager contact me regarding some kind of reconciliation.

A hot mess. I understand the short staff issue, but they need to close if they can’t properly serve patrons. I’ve visited several times this month, and each visit was traumatic. If I order on the app, the order is way wrong with missing items (like the protein!) and if you go in to place your order they won’t accept walk ins. Quality of food is poor, and uneven. It’s sad because this was one location that used to be worth the risk.

Worse Chipotle in Ohio. Staff are rude and now they do online order only. You think they would put a sign on the door. Their rice is always over cooked and the steak is rubbery. Don’t waste your time at the Willoughby location. Also, don’t order from a delivery app either. They would regularly forget to put a cooler drink in my bag or completely mix up my order. It’s ridiculous.

I absolutely love chipotles food but this location consistently has terrible customer service. The employees are rude and extremely unhelpful. They almost never have the options advertised and the most recent experience has sealed the decision never to come back. I am extremely disappointed in this location specifically. I understand this restaurant is a chain but the service should be at least somewhat consistent from location to location.

Each time I go in there, they never have all of the ingredients. One of the most infamous items that they’re always missing is fajita vegetables. I typically just drive to another one even though this is the closest one to me. Never ever allow them to make your bowl if you are not present. Meaning do not order online and when they go online only just skip it and go somewhere else

Absolutely filthy. Employees are rude (seems to be the new chipotle norm) and food was bland. Took 40 minutes to get through the line and there were only 5 people Infront of me. The things that bothered me the most is the manager standing with the cashier talking about how slow and stupid the workers on the line are.. they were clearly new and needed guidance. Instead of helping your crew you talk trash on them…Infront of customers. Needless to say, I won’t be coming back to this location.

Refused to serve after 9 to walkin customers even though person in front of us was having a bowl made for them. Did not tell us they would not serve us until after serving other. Giant sign in front of building advertised expanded hours, felt embarrassed driving to location to be turned away, will not return.

During the pandemic and the subsequent years after it, Chipotle’s across the board (including this one) went downhill in regards to quality, portions, and cleanliness. I was presently surprised going to this one yesterday as the portions were generous, and the food quality was good. Overall cleanliness was okay but I came right at the dinner rush so I’ll cut them some slack. The line was pretty long but moved efficiently enough for me on a Friday afternoon. In the past I’ve had less than spectacular meals from here but I’m happy to say it feels like they’ve turned the restaurant around.

This locations continues to struggle with getting mobile orders correct. When ordering in store things are great, but you sacrifice a lot of accuracy for convenience through the app. Missing items, wrong items added ect. Then the app offers you a free credit for what you’re missing and wants a big thank you for it…. I already paid for it and didn’t receive it, you’re just giving me a credit for something I already paid for. Will probly let chipotle figure their stuff out while I go other places for a while.
