Was all pumped for my Chipotle and opened the top to reveal trash. Literally had to go out of their way to make it look this bad, and didn’t even get the order correct. The big chuck of steak in my salsa was a nice surprise, at least o think it was steak, looks like it had been marinating in there for a while. Taco Bell 4LIFE!!! Might as well of lit $20 on fire

The food is pretty terrible if you work third shift coming @ marcs and you come in at 9:30 pm. Nothing, but bottom of the barrel that late.

Worst chipotle I’ve ever ordered an online pickup from. They gave me half a bowl for each order. I’ve never even written a review before and I had to because of how awful this was. Do better chipotle workers we’d like to receive what we paid for

I walked in got in line to order and immediately notified the cashier that i had an online order so that the mobile order workers could start working on that order (it was a quesadilla so we had no choice but to mobile order) Cashier said “okay” and she did nothing. When i finished paying for my order, i waited 10 more minutes for my mobile order to be completed. Super rude of the cashier. Very poor customer service. They had 3 orders to work on, they were not busy at all.
We got our chips and i am holding the bag and it feels light as heck. Ive worked at chiptole for 2 years, i know what the weight is supposed to feel like. They shorted us our chips by 12.5% the target weight.
The vinegrete that we received was gross and it was filled maybe 1cm from the bottom. What are we paying for?
Terrible customer service and they are robbing people. There is no reason for this type of service from a chiptole. Time to turn to hot heads from now on where they dont rob you.

I don’t usually go to this one so not sure if it was just a one off or what, but the rice, chicken, steak and guacamole were all heavily overly salted. Almost to the point of being inedible. Portions were very skimpy and two out of the three staff members I interacted with left much to be desired. Overall not impressed.

I’ve ordered here many times. We typically use the app. and go pick it up. The food was ready on time, had everything we ordered, and tasted great.
One of my greatest annoyances is the app gives me points, but it’s typically been impossible to redeem any points. I’ll try to add chips and queso and it doesn’t allow it. This time it worked- which was great.
If you haven’t been here in a while- you should try the queso- it’s great.
I feel like this location has gotten better. They have had some struggles here and there- but I think most of the problems have been related to the app. I don’t think it has limited how many orders it takes at a time- so if too many people order, they can get backed up.
