Great place for ice cream treats or hanging out after sports or shows at the high school. This one is clean and had a good staff, although they’re sometimes stingy with toppings. The coke freestyle machine is fun if you’re eating in and the outside seating is nice.

This place has gone downhill. During my most recent visit the staff wasn’t necessarily rude, but let’s say they weren’t warm. My blizzard was also served as a liquid, which I should have realized when they didn’t flip if for me. Always wondered why they did that until now.

I usually use the drive through. But I went inside, and it’s super clean and pleasant. I was expecting a “fast food” look, but the dining area was done in relaxing earth tones. Nice lighting. Well staffed and the employees were friendly & looked like a happy crew together. Several different burger options. Delicious blizzard!

Drive thru was backed up so went inside. No one in line but had to wait for awhile. That’s ok but when I went to get my drink, they were out of everything except lemonade. I told the girl at the register and her answer was, “I know”. I finally got my food and the burgers were cold and cheese curds so greasy we didn’t eat them. This was a first, however..we have been there and had much better service and food!

Slow drive through experience despite only one car being in front of us. Ice cream was not smooth and too frozen- little icy chunks. The first time in my life that I didn’t finish my ice cream.

The attitude of most of the staff was as if the customers were a nuisance. The young man working the register mumbled and was extremely hard to hear. I had to ask my wife what he was saying after asking him to repeat his question 3 times. We waited about 15 mins for our “fast food” order. We had to go up and ask for our food and was told it would be out shortly. The young lady who brought our food to the table was professional and apologized for our wait.

Third time in a row that my food order has been made wrong. Didn’t catch it this time until I got home. Will not order food from this location again. (Service was outstanding, and the blizzards great. Did not receive flip service, however.)

Long line at the drive thru, but nobody was inside and we needed to stretch after hours of driving so we went inside and ordered a small shake and a small cone. The cone came out a few minutes later and I heard someone behind the window say that’s not a small shake followed by the thud of it hitting the garbage can, really! What’s even more disturbing is that it now takes 9 minutes and asking twice what happened to our shake. I had finished my cone before the shake was served.
