Serving sizes consistently skimpy and blizzard mix-ins consistently scant, especially when compared to other dairy queens. Staff also have done things like overcharging or letting ice cream sit out for a long time. Once my stock of gift cards runs out I don’t necessarily plan on returning.

We usually love to come here but our most recent visit was extremely unpleasant. Long wait when we got there rude drive thru staff, were told to wait for our food watched others receive theirs first despite having ordered first which is fine, but then they had received a voucher gift card for the wait. After an about 10 minutes our food comes out no voucher despite waiting even longer. Then when I open the box little to no fries in all three of our 6 piece chicken strip boxes, no toast, and in one of them there weren’t even 6 strips. And you know that would have been fine we get how busy things can be. That was until I was eating and I look down and there is a literal hair in my chicken strip. I have never had such a horrible experience here. So I called and left a message since no one answered the phone. This is incredibly disgusting, and disappointing I spent $53 on food I now cannot even finish. This needs to be addressed asap. I expect something to be done as this is incredibly disappointing.

Employees were nice but food took almost an our after ordering, and paid $8 for cheese curds and got a single large fry worth like $4. Crazy business model, keep DQ in the green I guess. Every DQ I have been to has been like this, overpriced, mediocre food if you get it at all. Business was busy, but after listening too the conversations among the employees, it seems busy due to inefficient workflow not heavy traffic

I gave it three stars for a couple of reasons. First off, the restaurant was nice and clean, and the staff was good. Now, as for the taking away of Michellin stars. First, the burger bun fell off of the burger. Secpndly, Dairy queen jipped me on the cheese sauce for the pretzels. I feel due to the quality of food, that’s why it deserves 3 stars.

My wife and I went to DQ to purchase a Blizzard and a Carmel Sundae . We left the drive thru and returned home to enjoy our treat as we live less than a minute away. The Blizzard was very good,but the Carmel Sundae was Frozen so hard that I could not even remove the little red spoon. I had to wait for the ice cream to melt to eat it. The next day the caramel was still hard as a rock. You can be assured that we will be checking out what’s being served before we leave the drive thru.

Please just tell people if they are going to have to wait. I hate having to deal with refunds because they dont tell me its going to be a long wait before I pay. Like if you tell me before no problem, I have the choice. But like just not telling people until after they pay is not right when you are supposed to be a fast food place.

This owner actually cares. They reached out again and made things right. We will definitely give them another shot in hopes that the employees were just having a bad day.

Owner responded and called me out for incorrectly listing my blizzard price at 6.99 instead of 6.59. lol
Didn’t mention anything about the crappy, expensive cup of soft serve. Just the price error. Even 6.59 is a lot to pay for a cup of soft serve with hardly any Butterfinger in it.
I don’t know what happened to Blizzards, but these are not what I remembered. $6.59 for a large, mostly a cup of soft serve with very little Butterfinger in the lower half of the cup. Kind of expensive for a cup of ice cream.

This is a fast food restaurant. Not take your order then told to pull up and sit for 20 minutes waiting on food. The blizzard is already melted waiting on my main meal.

This is ridiculous. Gonna stop coming here. Yall have 5 cars right now told to “pull up” and wait for food.
