I was there today 9/26/25 and was waited on by a young woman named Haylee who was under immense pressure, she was handling not only the front line food area, receiving customers, making their entire orders, no matter the size of said orders, then stacking two or three of the prepared and finished orders at the register, asked the customers waiting to order to please be a little more patient; then proceeded to cash out the few orders that she had managed to make, to perfection I might add… all with grace and a smile. Bravo indeed. Well done

Came to the new location for the first time last week. There was a bit if a line but that’s to be expected at Chipotle, especially a new location. Everything we wanted was in stock. The portion sizes were huge. My husband and I both got burritos and they were huge! Nothing was skimpy here. So happy to have a Chipotle in town! We will be back

First time at this location. I have been to many others and my experience here was definitely the worst! Stopped in to eat and the staff was friendly and courteous. Since this location is about 20 minutes plus away from home I wanted to eat inside. Well the temperature inside was in the 50’s. Multiple diners complained about how cold it was. Several diners including ourselves had to wrap up our food and take it home. Not sure if issues with furnace? But when I complained I was told by several employees they agreed about how cold it was inside. By the time I got home my food was lousy. This after spending almost $40 for a quick bite to eat. Not happy with my experience at all.

Nasty as can be. Not even close to what I ordered and staff was rude to the driver. Luckily door dash refunded me it but it was ice cold and just slopped together. Prob a pint of sour cream in it with cold steak Or pork whatever it was and the bowl wasn’t even filled. Hopefully it gets better but I just threw it away after getting refunded by door dash

I usually love chipotle but this visit my wife didn’t get what she ordered. Something spicy in her order when we tried to get it fixed through the App as directed they gave her a free drink, that she does want or need. Why not just give her what she ordered? Every restaurant I ran or worked for that’s what happens you get your food when the restaurant messes it up.
Every order I’ve gotten in Weirton has been wrong and now 50% of my orders in Steubenville is wrong

I don’t understand why they are selling salads with barely any lettuce in it and then AFTER you have ordered and are picking up your food, you are then notified that they are out of dressing. Why sell salads when you have no dressing to go on them. And to top it off the girl at the window was rude.

Skip ordering through the app. My guac and fresh tomato salsa cups were quite literally half full. Same as my bowl. Selected for napkins and utensils to be in the bag – nothing, I had to go back inside a second time to get some.. Order in person so they stay accountable. This is unfortunate for someone with social anxiety, I will not be back.

Worst Chipotle ever. I go to Chipotle all the time and I went to this one today you chicken and bc they were low on chicken they give me a quarter scoop. Then charge me for extra bc i say something. The manager tried saying that’s 4oz of meat on there. Well she must have broken scales bc it wasn’t even 2. It might have been 4 after the supposed extra. Won’t ever go back for sure. Don’t get my money’s worth.
