The seasoning on the chicken is perfectly balanced, juicy, and cooked just right every time.
Their potato salad is the best, creamy, well-seasoned, and the perfect side to pair with the chicken.
It’s also a great choice for catering or ordering family meals. The portions are generous, and everything is consistently good. Highly recommend for gatherings or an easy, satisfying meal with family!

I was disappointed by their chicken bowl. More than half of the bowl is rice, some beans at the bottom and your shredded chicken on top. Food was disappointing, but lady in the front counter was nice and attentive.

This is our first time Juan’s Rotisserie Pollo they serve Rotisserie chicken same as Juan’s Pollo they own by same owner. My wife and I enjoy the Rotisserie chicken at Juan’s Pollo the chicken season well and it tender and juicy. Same here Juan’s Rotisserie Pollo they have same flavor and tenderness that we enjoy the most.

Food is always Delicious , however the place is starting to get run down and they are not quick enough to make the repairs. The young man behind d the counter gets to hear all the complaints and I give him props for handling them as best as he can. Management/owners need to step up

I use to eat at this place which was previously Juan Pollo. That was part of that chain all over So Cal which has delicious food andvreDpnable prices.
Im not sure when the name/owner changed but I would guess sometime in the last two years.
Anyway, I loved the previous establishment. The new place, Juans Rotissorie Chicken, not so much.
For starters, the prices have increased quite a bit. A breakfast bowl and a drink was over $11.00, :(. That’s pretty spendy for cheese, chicken pieces, beans, rice and potatoes (i. e. french fries). The bowl was good and filling, but it cost way too much.
One thing that is noticable is the lack of people inside. The place use to be jam-packed, but now a days, there’s hardly anyone inside.
I still like the food, but they’ve gotta drip the prices to a more reasonable level.
To it’s credit, service has slways been top notch and the place is always clean. The salsas are fantastic! Hopefully they can make some adjustments on the prices and im sure that business will pick up. Ill definitely eat there much more. The only thing they have to fix is the prices.

The employees here are very nice always have this place clean. Thank you for your hospitality always I love coming here so much I almost win a family dinner with all the points I have. Love this place this the best chicken my kids n I LOVE IT!!

What happen to juan pollo? I have been coming to this location since about 2005 and every time I come here something changes .I was here today I order prices have gone up wich i don’t mind as long as food is good.The service is good friendly pwople.I order the dinner special potatoes salad was good and rice the chicken was dry and the salsa well they change the recipe it is more like tomatoe sauce and when i went for lemons it was disgusting they were old dry lemons I told my husband not to get any because he might end up sick .
