So I ordered online from this location from Chipotle’s website. I ordered two burrito bowls one of which was steak. The steak bowl had no meat of any kind and certainly no steak. Guess they forgot the meat this time, which I did pay for. The chips were pretty stale and the guacamole seemed not fresh since it had oxidized and was browning.

I ordered before I left work and when I got there it wasn’t done. I watched one girl in the back make like 10 online orders while 5 people up front just talked and played on their phone. This wouldn’t have been so bad except there was a sign that said due to staffing issues they were online only. I watched these 5 people turn like 3 customer away.

Went there yesterday after ordering online. It was supposed to be ready by noon. I only get 30 minutes for lunch. When I arrived my order was not finished so I waited 15 minutes. I asked one of the employees how much longer and was met with such unprofessionalism. She said, “That lady over there has been waiting since 11 am, there’s nothing I can do about it! You will just have to WAIT!!”. I got my order at 12:45, was not offered a free drink, when I opened my food in the car it was cold and completely incorrect. Do not patronize this Chipotle unless you enjoy bad customer service and cold, incorrect food.

We’ve ordered from this restaurant probably around 3-5 times and none of the experiences have been good. They ALWAYS mess your order up when you order through the Chipotle app and of course now Chipotle has changed their ways in how you can get in contact with them to make a complaint. They’ve made it impossible to call the restaurant, as you’re just met with prompts that even when answered to your advantage, you still can’t get someone on the phone. A lot of places have done this since the start of Covid to avoid their laziness being exposed. When you’re paying $25 for a meal, it should show up correct and if not, someone should be on the phone to be able to correct it. I’ve been in this restaurant once before and you’re met with long wait times, old food and rude staff. I’ve spoken to the manager on one occasion and it doesn’t appear as if anything has been corrected in how the store operates. It’s never about a “refund and free meal” for my family as it is for some people who complain just to get free food. We complain in hopes that issues are corrected and our next and future customers next visit, can be a nice, pleasant one, but I don’t think we’ll ever see that with this store.

Please don’t attend the Whitehall location. They hardly ever have anything. They run out of everything and today they had nothing to est with. Really? No Forks to eat the food I thought I wanted to buy. I went some place else to eat. The service sticks l stinks. I can go on and on.

I visited Chipotle yesterday and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The chicken was undercooked and some of it was raw, while the rice was cold. It was around 9:30 pm, and I couldn’t finish my meal. To make matters worse, the restaurant had no bowls or lids. I was also disappointed that I couldn’t order the quesadilla in the store. Other stores have let me order it before, and it’s frustrating that this location wouldn’t allow it. Overall, my experience at Chipotle was not up to my expectations, and I hope that the restaurant can improve their quality control, ambiance, and consistency across locations while allowing customers to order what they want.

Its exactly what you’d expect for chipotle. Some people live it but I’m not a.c huge fan. The chafing dish mix up specialties dont have me too thrilled. I do like their chips and salsa. You do get a large heaping of food mashed up together for a decent price. I think everything tastes the same and it’s kind of weird. But the place is clean. Service is fast.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! Avoid at all costs! Rude management. Get there with my friend at 4:55. Very slow, only 3 people in front of us and no one behind us. There was about 7 workers. One of the line girls said that they’re only doing online orders now. We asked why, as there were only 3 people in front of us and tons of workers. Manager came out and said we can place an online order but it might not be ready for 30 minutes. Meanwhile the food was fresh and just filled up so it didn’t make sense. Why make us place an online order when we are already in line? At this point we were next in line, still no one behind us. They refused to serve us, unless we ordered online, which they would have had to make anyway! I made no sense. We could’ve been in and out of there in 2 minutes. No sign was posted saying online only, and we drove 20 minutes! The manager who came out was a white male with yellow/orangeish glasses. I explained to him that I am a business owner and would never speak that way to a customer and that this is something so silly and that they aren’t offering a resolution, only offering something that doesn’t make sense. He said it’s because 3 employees called off. They had 7 that weren’t even doing ANYTHING! It’s not my fault that they once again have bad operations management and 3 employees call off. No wonder they called off. They probably hate working for him. He should NOT be in management and training his employees to shut down taking orders because they’re lazy. His excuse was they need to “reaccess” the food which to me means they don’t want to work. If a business is open and serving people, how can they just decide to switch to “only orders only” at any given time when it’s not even busy…. Very childish. Never going back here again. On top of that, he said he’d serve my friend and she wouldn’t have to do an online order and asked me to leave. He also wouldn’t give me his name and said I can refuse anyone I want in a nasty tone. He needs to be fired and take a course in customer service and operations management.

Not good you You had people standing around talking? You also have people saying that we have to wait on product? Then one young lady said what time do Do you want to close I was so upset and disappointed because I had to wait almost 30 minutes from my food and that’s not how you run a business if. You’re running out of food and you know you’re running out? Make more right than in there before it hits. The bottom of the Pan or whatever you’re putting your food in make sure you have backstop of whatever you’re serving so you don’t run out I. Can understand if it was closing. Time? But it was not I. Was there an hour before you guys closed and you guys were out of rice? That’s unacceptable.
