Everything I go to Chipotle they never give me enough rice and I ask politely for just a little more and never get charged. This time this lady gave me so little rice and when I asked for more they charged me DOUBLE?! Here’s a photo for my “double rice”

Always bad. One time I went here and they announced they were out of “burrito wraps”. On another occasion they were out of “steak, corn, cheese, and lettuce”.

It’s always dirty. Went there this week and the prep counters were filthy. One guy behind the counter. Coincidentally I got sick the next day. I’m really done with Chipotle. Other locations are better, but not by much.

It is 11:07am and about six people have already left the line to leave because they opened at 10:45am but haven’t served a single customer yet. Everyone is just waiting in line and no employee has even said hi or addressed why they weren’t serving customers yet. It looks like one of the girls is training another girl where everything is… but the store opened 21 minutes ago…. And everyone is just in line waiting to eat…

Edit: the first customer was served at 11:14am…

Wow. Next time maybe put a sign on the door?? Half the stuff still isn’t even on the line??? Just open late or something instead of not communicating with all the customers who waited a half an hour to be served food lol… wow

I’ve come here on my lunch break a good number of times and the food is usually fresh and the interior is clean, however I wouldn’t recommend coming here expecting chicken. It’s a literal 50/50 chance whether they’ll have chicken ready for the lunch rush. You’d think they would adjust their procedure with how often it happens, the same time and same ingredient, but it doesn’t seem like it. Thankfully I don’t mind the other meats, but I have some friends who won’t come here because they don’t want to wait 20 minutes on chicken.

Never have everything in stock. 15 min wait on chicken, went to a 30 min wait due to a catering order. Meanwhile, we are standing in line waiting, just to get news of an additional 15 min wait.

When this location first opened it was great, now it has gone downhill. Staff were rude to me and each other. Staff wasn’t paying attention to whose food was who’s. There were no chips available, rice was still being made. I understand it was 12/31 and the staff wanted to go home, but the first thing out of their mouth was attitude. I asked for a side of guacamole never received it luckily I didn’t pay for it. I have gone there multiple times throughout 2025 and other chipotle locations and this one is the absolute worst. I filled out the feedback form was well. Genuinely disappointed as I have been to other locations and they don’t act like this. I don’t plan on returning to this location and recommend people staying away from this location as well. I think there should be a talk about how to greet people and speak with them. Thank you.

If there was a way to give negative 10 stars, i would. This is my 4th trip to this chipotle. THEY NEVER HAVE STEAK READY! Today was the last time i will ever go to this location. Fot there at 1145 they said 10 min for steak. 10 plus minutes pass and they put the meat in the container so i think im going to order but then the guy behind the grill snaps at me and said that was chicken and the steak wasnt on the grill. I ask how long and he says 5 minutes which i found hard to believe after the chicken was on for so long. The portions are small and the service sucks. The manager is wholly unhelpful. I go to this location bc it is close to work but never again. Now looking at the other reviews, I can see i am not alone.

Im quite surprised, I’ve been here before but that was years ago under a different management staff, I arrived at 7pm knowing they have hours before it would be too late to order and I was told they had run out of essentially half the menu hours before that was possible. I wasnt treated to an apology or anything that would make this inconvenience proper, instead I was denied the items until a line formed behind me and suddenly everything I asked for was available and plentiful, I was given no recompense for time or the fact I asked for the items prior to the line forming, the staff was more focused on closing hours before the store was scheduled to close. The long and the short is: I didn’t get what I wanted and I was ushered out without any care to how I felt about my order being wrong but being charged double for nothing I wanted to order because the (paid) staff wanted to close the store early.
