Go to pick up my mobile order. I only ordered a burrito or in this case my little John burrito that looked half the size of what it was supposed to be. They missed the mark on portions, food quality, and ingredients as several were missing from the burrito. No reconciling my issues or care in the world. They’ve lost my business as this isn’t a first time occurrence here or at other locations. If you have 10 bucks, don’t spend it here and visit your nearest authentic burrito location.

Got a chicken bowl but there happened to be half a pit, three really hard pieces of avocado, and a piece of avocado skin. Definitely wouldn’t go there around 3pm if you want guacamole.

i love this chipotle so much. this italian woman in front of me made the most delicious burrito ever in front of me, i think her name was maria? i really enjoyed the service they provided and I hope that maria lady also enjoyed the service that was provided! 5/5, great job guys, it warms my heart to see such hard working individuals in the newer generations!

My wife and I came for dinner. She was craving Chipotle that night. The floor and bathroom were dirty. The service was pretty good, except that the guy serving was mixing up our orders and spreading/mixing food in the containers they have as he fills the bowls (such as mixing brown rice with white rice, beans, and repeating this process with all other ingredients). Portion size was tiny. They were 100% in savings mode. You need to ask for a double or triple portion to get a normal one.

Food is great with good portions and the staff are very nice and helpful but the dining room is very uncomfortable. Hard chairs plus the stools that look a McDonald’s playplace are bolted to the floor and the lights were all burned out so you couldn’t see what you were eating. The dining area needs to be redone since it looks bad and the tables are right in front of the door so whenever someone comes in or goes out (which is a lot for door dash and to go orders) cold air rushes in to freeze you to death and make your food cold. Who wants to wear a heavy coat when they are dining in? Took off a star because of the dining area. Other than that great food, great rewards and friendly staff!

I requested fresh cilantro and jalapeños for my veggie bowl. Two employees said it was against policy and therefore not possible. In the decades I’ve been going to Chipotle I’ve never heard this before. I’ve heard we are out but not this. Anyone with the same negative and rude experience?

When I first walked up to the counter,, the choices seemed very slim.Seemed like some of the veggy selections were not available. So I just got 3 soft Tacos, 2 chicken 1 steak.. The Sour cream is too runny. Also tacos were cold. I started eating as soon as I got in the car and my food was cold. They could at least keep the meat warm. I hate cold food. But when you’re eating in your car, what choice do you have? Everyone was friendly, I asked for mild Salsa for the chips but they said they just have the chopped tomatoes ( the same chopped tomatoes they use for the tacos) or the hot/spicy salsa. I don’t like anything spicy that burns my mouth, so I took the chopped tomatoes instead, although I prefer an actual Salsa that you can dip your chips in. The chips were cold but they were crispy and very good, although they were a little salty. I got a large drink that was almost $3! Which I think was a little pricy. Overall experience was good. I would recommend

Today bought 3 rice bowls, two chicken and I veg, after reached home when I open the bowls I was completely shocked to see the quantity of the each bowl. It is completely unacceptable for the price. The total content is not even one inch from the bottom of the bowl, They need to increase the quantity. I am totally dissatisfied with the service.
I paid $51 for the 3 bowls for the unsatisfied food, I will never go back again.

I went to the westport rd location and got the veggie burrito. After a few bites my mouth was absolutely on fire. I had to take my food apart and i discovered there were no fajitas vegetables at all… it was all cooked down jalapeños. I had to throw my dinner away, it was too hot for me to eat.

I’ve given this chipotle so many chances to change my mind and they just miss the mark so bad every time. I ask for light rice and extra corn every time and seems like without fail they always manage to do the opposite and on top of that, maybe six pieces of meat. It’s just a waste of money at this point. I definitely wouldn’t bother ordering online, but even in store the staff are irritable and uninviting. Just go to qdoba and call it a day.
