For my first time trying Chipotle, I was pleased, but not amazed. I do want to give praise to the lady who helped me because she slowed down her preparation in order to walk me thru all the ingredients, and what some of the terms meant. The atmosphere was okay, if a bit crowded at 7pm at night, which I didn’t expect. My one critique is that the rice, chicken, and fried veggies – which were supposed to be the hot food – were lukewarm, as she was grabbing from the bottom of the tins. I would have preferred to wait until she refilled the tins with fresh hot product. Nonetheless, the good was delicious and tasted fresh. I will definitely make Chipotle a recurring restaurant of choice.

When I first walked up to the counter,, the choices seemed very slim.Seemed like some of the veggy selections were not available. So I just got 3 soft Tacos, 2 chicken 1 steak.. The Sour cream is too runny. Also tacos were cold. I started eating as soon as I got in the car and my food was cold. They could at least keep the meat warm. I hate cold food. But when you’re eating in your car, what choice do you have? Everyone was friendly, I asked for mild Salsa for the chips but they said they just have the chopped tomatoes ( the same chopped tomatoes they use for the tacos) or the hot/spicy salsa. I don’t like anything spicy that burns my mouth, so I took the chopped tomatoes instead, although I prefer an actual Salsa that you can dip your chips in. The chips were cold but they were crispy and very good, although they were a little salty. I got a large drink that was almost $3! Which I think was a little pricy. Overall experience was good. Let’s be honest here. Food is decent but not worth $15 for some rice and protein. Also every time I have been at this location the staff acts like they despise all forms of humanity. Sucks because I paid my dues when I was young and worked in the food industry. Now I get paid back by the youth who hates your existence. Thanks, Chipotle. Why does Chick-fil-a get hospitality and quick fresh food so right?

Online ordering was good- simple and easy and punctual. Service was not good- Employee who greeted me wasn’t friendly at all. One chicken burrito with veggies and rice. They forgot the veggies. Food itself was decent.

I am a Chipotle regular, and frequent the chain about once a week. This experience left me feeling ripped off and not valued as a paying customer. Well over an hour before close (8:30PM) they had ran out of multiple proteins and had no Guacamole. This posed a problem for the vegetarians eating with me and sadly led to a very sad burrito for them with very few things inside and being charged full price.

I need the schedule we’re all the girls work I went in today it was all young guys and my bowl which I order all the time looked like a bowl fit for a toddler not a 30yo 6′ 175# man when the all girls shift works these bowls look like the pictures and commercials these young guys pick up a quarter scoop keep it moving and don’t even speak or have any good customer service skills very dissatisfied today

Absolutely terrible. I ordered a veggie bowl so they started assembling it with rice and beans and moved it through to the next section with the salsa, guacamole, etc. I asked for lettuce and mild salsa, then they asked if I wanted anything else. I asked about grilled vegetables since the veggie bowl is supposed to come with that. They said they were out. I understand these things happen and if I had known that to begin with I would have ordered something else. In an effort to make up for it, I think, they put a huge spoonful of guacamole on the bowl that was almost as wide as the bowl itself. It seemed almost like they were annoyed I had asked about vegetables and just put a big scoop of whatever on the bowl. I asked for guacamole but I’ve never seen them put that much on. My husband went back inside about 5 minutes later for chips and noticed they were cooking grilled vegetables. He asked for chips, salsa, and a side of the vegetables whenever they were ready. They gave him the chips/salsa but disregarded what he’d asked about the grilled veggies. Just overall an unpleasant experience. To order an item, then to find out the item is not fully in stock after they’ve already made it (but weren’t going to tell me until I asked) then be charged full price for it anyway and have a giant portion of guacamole on top that just made the bowl mush. Then to go back in and see that they did have vegetables cooking… like I said, I understand things go out of stock. I just wish they would have told me instead of just giving me whatever they had and charging me the same price anyway. Disappointed and won’t be returning.

It was sooooo dirty I will NEVER, EVER go back. The serving board looked like it had not been wiped all day, and I got there at 9p. Sadly, the workers didn’t seem to mind nor care…I don’t recommend anyone who values cleanliness to patron this place!
