No one greeted us as we walked in, for that matter we were completely ignored for several minutes and “workers” walked around filling containers. Finally, I spoke up and asked if anyone was working, and we were then served. No smiles, no hellos, nothing! The restaurant was filthy, they were completely out of forks and the chips were stale. Probably won’t be back!

This location needs severe help or shut down. It is filthy inside and the food looks and tastes old. The employees “try” their hardest but it’s not enough. Chipotle needs to fix this or shut it down for good. Not only was my order wrong but the container was dirty. So disappointed

I ordered a steak bowl for pick up on the app and got home and realized it was completely wrong. It was inconvenient to have to drive back and I couldn’t call because their phone is disconnected, but I was able to order ahead on the app again and get the correct order for “free”. I went back and they got it right and on time. It was perfect – so good! The portion size was just as big as any other chipotle I’ve been to. Their hot red salsa is spicier than normal – I love spicy, but I can see this being way too hot for the average person.The girl working the pick up lane had a great attitude and was friendly. 4 stars for good customer service and the speedy fix via the chipotle app.

We were so excited for the new one to open. Sadly our food was cold right after getting it which made me worry about food safety and they were super confused and irritated about handling my order because of a diary allergy. Usually chipotle handles allergies so well. They looked visibly irritated and I was going to ask for them to get stuff from under like they usually do but I could tell they wouldn’t like that so I just said that’s fine and left. I should have just walked out and refused to pay but I bought it then when I got home I realized how ridiculous it was. They were also giving tiny portions. Like not even having a full scoop of anything in any bowl and the meat looked really odd. Worst chipotle I’ve been to. You’d think they’d have seasoned staff ready to make it a good opening but guess we need to wait for them to figure things out. This pic was before we touched the food.

I love chipotle, but this is by far the worst one I have come across. The dining area was absolutely filthy. Teenage workers with unpleasant attitudes seemed upset that they had customers (It wasn’t busy.) I watched a woman in front of me ask for a salad bowl and worker rudely stated “okay but I’ll have to go get the lettuce then” and then stood there seeming like he’d hope she’d change her mind. He didn’t move a muscle until she said “yes please.” I love seeing teens having an opportunity to work, but at least hire ones that are willing to do more than just show up.

We come here a lot and usually don’t have issues. Tonight they had a sign on the door that said online orders only. So we placed the order online and went through the drive thru to pick up. Both of our orders were missing at least 3 things we ordered on our tacos, the meat was cold, and the chips were stale. Very disappointing.

Had to wait 10 minutes to get served with only 3 people in the store. Napkins where out and i went to register and asked for napkins. Girl finally got some. Never said a-word and was very rued while putting them out while i waited to get ONE napkin. Plus bill was 23.00. I will not be back or recommend your store.

This location is obviously not run properly. Chipotle is usually awesome, but everytime I’ve either been into the store or ordered from there the food and the service has been quite lacking. Today I tried to order some food from there and the order was just never even acknowledged. Get it together over there.

My husband and I walked in at 9 with one hour left open and not one person looked up. One kid was making another employee a bowl and then 4 other employees walked by eyes to the ground not acknowledging us standing in front of them. Then another employee said he isn’t making bowls and started making his own order. This was a disaster of an experience. I have worked in service industry many years and this was my far the worst experience I’ve had .

I was currently an employee at Lebanon Chipotle and people who are concerned about food safety definitely should be! Here’s how Lebanon chipotle works, At closing we take everything from the front line and put into pans and put them into freezer and then morning crew takes those pans out and put them on the grill to “warm” the food up and then those pans go to the back for washing at 8 am and those dishes don’t get wash until night crew comes in at 4pm! They only get washed once for the entire 8 hours they were sitting in the back collecting bacteria and germs and then get put into the dishwasher once and then food gets put back into them. Disgusting!!!
