Yeah this place needs to close ASAP. Overpriced and underdelivers on service and quality – repeatedly. There are much better locations and places to eat. This was my $6.00 taco earlier today – ice cold.

No Stars for service. I’m pretty disappointed. It seems like any time I go in (usually later in the evening) you guys are out of something. Tonight it was cheese. Another time chicken. Another time pinto beans. Another time carnitas.
This is not a deal breaker by itself, but what makes it worse is they make ZERO effort to inform the customers as they enter. Put up a sign or something. Make an announcement as the customers come in the door. But please, do not wait until you get to the Cheese to mention you’re OUT OF CHEESE. Ridiculous.
And then try to upsell me queso? Really? You’re out of cheese so I get to pay extra? You’re kidding me.
I blame the management of the restaurant not the poor trainee who was blindsided by my incredulity.
Guys, why stay open until 10:pm every night if you are going to run out of ingredients by 8:15? How can you night after night continue to disappoint people by running out of the thing they came in for? Absurd.
If I didn’t love your food I would never be back, but it’s pretty dang tasty. And fresh.
Get it together Chipotle.
PS thanks to the shift manager who gave me the free queso after I demanded it since I would have otherwise not had any cheese on my burrito. So thoughtful and proactive.

Almost didn’t go because all the negative reviews. But honestly, this location was pretty fire. Got healthy portions in my burrito and they had Coke Zero and full Tobasco Chipotle sauces so I’m good. Maybe they cleaned house or maybe I came on a good day.

A pretty OK Chipotle.
Came for a quick keto bite on the way back from work.
The place was fairly quiet, even so the service was lightning fast which was nice. The portions were good except for the meat, but passable.
The store was clean and well stocked which you love to see.
Chipotle is ungodly expensive these days ($18 for a salad and fountain drink) but it does let me get something tasty and relatively healthy so every one and a while I’ll take it.
Soft recommendation if you’re craving such food and there are no Qdoba around.

Beef Barbacoa Bowl for $13.25 wasn’t even a full bowl. See photo made after pulling in parking spot after visiting drive through window. It’s not that the price for a bowl is high – the actual bowl wasn’t full.
In good faith, I stopped at Chipotle since I was on a time crunch. I didn’t have time to take it back and wait for them to fix it.
Addition: Chipotle wanted me to contact them online via their “Pepper” chatbot so they could let management know to fix these problems with improperly-filled orders. They offered no remedy or fix for this issue – just an empty suggestion that they will try not to do it again.
Bottom line: avoid Chipotle in Lebanon.

The moral of the employees here is really bad. Everyone always seems like everything is an inconvenience. Soda machine down which happens, food is always pretty good but there’s a serious problem with the management and culture. Be prepared to have sad or angry faces serving you.

This location is extremely dirty. The tables, the floors, the prep counter, the drink station. The entire restaurant needs a deep clean and daily upkeep. The bathrooms were even worse. We come here often because we love chipotle but it’s getting hard to overlook the complete lack of cleanliness.

Every table was filthy, I was going to order carne asada but looked at the meat and it was dry and not appetizing. Try had been sitting outside on a countertop the whole time we were there and then started blowing around everywhere. Outside door was locked, so you had to walk back around to the front if you needed anything. 3 gentlemen were working with zero urgency. The 1 young female was the only one hustling. Very disappointing visit.
