I know chipotle has been getting a lot of hate recently, but we had a good experience here. Others than some dirty tables in the dining room, and not the nicest employees, the food was good and portion was good. Had dine in lunch on a Saturday.

Traveling with a group of about 20
We walk in and a employee tells us to hold on for a minute. Without additional conversation they take an easy 15 to 20 mins to prep food before they say anything else. Then they simply say..OK..who’s first.
They did fine with handling the group..But simple, professional communication goes a long way!!

They told me they were out of lettuce and pico de gallo at like 8 PM on a Sunday (Feb. 1, 2026), that is complete BS. I highly suspected that they were lying, that they just didn’t feel like prepping a fresh batch. There is absolutely no way that there was zero lettuce (and mild salsa) in the back. This really aggravated me off so I left without ordering
Also, in addition, this place is painfully slow for take out even if they get a little bit busy. If they tell you that it’ll be done in “5 minutes”, it’ll be more like 15 minutes every single time

Want to wait 22 minutes and counting on a mobile order for 1 chicken bowl? This is the place for you. You’ll even have enough time to write a Google review. Want to pay for double chicken and get hard, dried chicken bits? This is the place for you. Want to inquire about your order but get told “it ain’t ready yet” while two other employees don’t help the one guy taking walk in orders, mobile orders, and payment? This is the place for you!!! The chill vibes are nice though. Low stress work environment.
UPDATE: I ordered a bowl. They gave me a burrito. The food is also cold. You should check your heating elements. Chicken is ice cold.

Hands down best chipotle in Montgomery the other one beside guitar center yeah I’d think not. This chipotle customer service is always great & always clean! Although the front line person acts a bit stingy with rice/protein/extras I can always ask for extra. Just went this morning chips are perfect, bowl is full and I’m happy.

Place is the same as any other chipotle. However this one is quite slow.
For the manager reading this, I ran a kpi for you.
Your line is averaging about 3 mins and 15 seconds from when a customer reaches the bar and ultimately checks out. So you’re processing about 20 customers an hour.
There were about 15 people in line when I got here. Took me 35-40mins to get my food which lines up with the kpi I just measured.
This was on a saturday during lunch rush.

The Eastchase store is ALWAYS a disappointment. Today it was no guac, no tea, no Coke, and overcooked chicken. You can DEPEND on this store falling short. By the way, it is 12:30 on a Sunday and the line was short when I arrived. It’s not like they were slammed and just started to run out of stuff.
