This place is just awful. They seem to always mess my order. I typically order on the their app and pick up since we’re 12 min away. One time they completely forgot one out of four bowls, ended up sharing my bowl with my kids. Another time they didn’t give us the tortillas on the side as per the order (tortillas are extra $). Today they skimp on the amount of food that was given in all four steak bowls. In total we typically spend around $50+ on every order.
I just went through the reviews before writing mine and saw review where someone found a huge palmetto roach in their food, beyond disgusting.
Definitely not ordering from here again.

First time visiting a Chipotle in quite some time. Portions were very reasonable. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Very happy with our stop. I didn’t catch his name, but the guy with a lot of hair was fantastic.

Went there on Sunday 8th September, met Yonel the cheerful server who was always smiling and recommending the ingredients to make a quesadilla. It was a pleasant experience as a first timer who is nervous and confused on the process. Kudos to Yonel ! You did really great ❤️❤️

Gross! I saw a instagram reel of someone finding a worm in their food and thought it was a joke until I discovered one for myself today. Worst chipotle food I’ve experience.
Didn’t even know it could be bad before this. Food was salty and hard to finish. Forced it down. I could never recommend this place.

I ordered a bowl to go. Although the staff was pleasant, the atmosphere was very dirty. The counter in which they prepare the food was dirty and they would slide the bowl right across it and then hand customers dirty bowls that just went through sour cream, guacamole and cheese. I had to ask for a new top. When I inquired if the area that they serve the food on is regularly cleaned. They told me yes but said they could not clean up after every customer. I have provided a photo. I don’t know how many customers they clean in between, but having a messy environment is not sanitary if they need to make such a mess for each bowl they are making .This was only a portion of it and the top of the bowl was just dragged across that and they felt fine providing the bowl to me dirty. I did not take a picture of that as I had asked for a new bowl lid That they happily switched.

Two on the afternoon and they were dead. I think they were 5 people eating and there was no line. We waited a full team minutes before the cashier came over and took our order. They were 5 people visably working. The whole restaurant was dirty and no one was doing any cleaning. Our food was a bit sloppy but tasted good. The employees were lackluster at most. No one greeted us and there was no communication. This location epitomizes why I have not been a fan of Chipotle over the years. The positive reinforcement training audio playing under the music does not bode well either. Obviously they have had problems here but I guess they are at least trying to improve.
I will stick with other locations for now but will try them again in the future.

Active area, very busy. The food was good. The portion was more than enough. Great location. The lobby was dirty. Parking is limited. Due to the location of more than one business attached.
