Great place with a huge selection, awesome healthy option when you need a quick meal replacement or alternative to unhealthy fast food. My kids love it too, there’s plenty of flavors for kids and adults alike. Not all the flavors match up perfectly to their descriptions but they’re still very good for what you get! Staff is always friendly and helpful! Prices may seem a little bit high initially but you get what you pay for, quality ingredients!

The shakes and teas are okay.. I asked for the works but, didn’t get that. In no other club do they flip the register around for you to sign and then it requested a tip which makes you feel obligated to tip. Sometimes I just don’t have money to tip so it makes me feel bad. I’ve only been there 3 times. Other than that, it’s a nice atmosphere and nice people.

I just visited Nutrition First for the first time. It was amazing! I ordered the Chocolate Peanut Butter smoothie. The selection of smoothies and teas is incredible. I can’t wait to go back and try more. The owner (I think it was the owner) was incredible friendly!!
