I never go out my way to write review but I’m writing this one. I came to this location after work and saw one girl working the front along with coworkers in the back working. The girl in the front, Natalie? Nathalie? I believe if I spelt that right. Working 2/23 around 7pm? Yea she’s a great worker. She handled customers smoothly. Made the food, checked customers out, changed her gloves, and went right back to the next customer. With a smile on her face and no agitation of the rush. I’ve grown in a business before and i currently own a business, and I have to say this employee will make it FAR in whatever field she wants to be in. I think food services need to appreciate employees like this, makes you happy to be there. I’d love to leave her a tip, but i know it’s split amongst everyone. I hope life blesses her in better ways, Chipotle needs to give her a raise!!!

I can only speak to the online ordering and drive-thru experience. I am not a fan of online ordering because it is usually tedious in order to get the product you want. Chipotle’s process could be streamlined some to eliminate routing me through duplicate requests for the location I want to order food at. I didn’t like the fact that it forced me to save a credit card to place the order. The drive-thru is not for placing orders. It is only for picking up food. The assigned pickup time appears to useless as my order hadn’t even been made yet. To the credit of the person at the drive-thru window, they did say they would start my order immediately.and did so in a pleasant manner. I used to love eating at Chipotle and thought the food was a step above the ordinary and looked forward to going there. I stopped eating there about 15 years ago because they were having continual problems getting produce that was sage for consumption. This first time back was disappointing because my burrito tasted blase so I am assuming an ingredient has occurred. I think they no longer season the rice. I did notice that they still wrap it in a way that doesn’t allow for a sample of each ingredient in every bite. The exterior of the building and parking lot look immaculate and the one person we met was pleasant and professional. I doubt I will be returning before another 15 years have passed.

The cashier is thee ONLY reason i gave a review for 1 star!! She was very polite. I know this location JUST opened, SO, this is only MY review of MY experience!!! No greetings/Welcome upon entering. Food quality was poor. Quantity is definitely HALF of what all other Chipotle are serving! Servers at the counter were disorganized, took them 9min to complete the 1 customer in front of me order. The manager or whatever he was, just stood there watching everyone, instead of being attentive and jumping in when he clearly saw the front counter getting backed up with 1 crew serving the front. It was more important for him to grab the container of vinegarette cups from the front and place them in the cooler ‍♀️ ‍♀️ Then he immediately went back to warm up his spot to observe more . I ordered a bowl with double meat. Well… let’s just say I got half meat, and when I asked for double meat that’s when the server added more and made it 1 portion, yet charged me for double! This Franchise is Definitely giving “LESS FOR MORE!” The fort myers location ACTUALLY GIVE DOUBLE WHEN YOU ORDER DOUBLE, NOT 1/2 &1/2 and consider it double. Then, I ordered 2 vinegarette cups, only to get home and one was not closed all the way and spilled out in the bag and stained my car seat! I live in lehigh, but I’ll continue to drive to Fort Myers Franchise!!!

It saddens me that this is the only Chipotle closest to me. Every time I go, there are specific employees who love to skimp on portions and have the rudest attitudes. They make it seem like I’m the biggest bother on the planet. It’s crazy that I even gave this location another chance after my brother found a bug deep in his bowl!

Last night I visited Chipotle because I was arriving from a trip. The service was terrible. They served the rice, beans, and chicken, then the employees started chatting amongst themselves and left our plates waiting for a very long time. There were three of us, and no one apologized or anything. There was no line, it wasn’t like they were full. They finally finished serving us, and the food was cold and tasteless. They forgot the salt on everything! I asked for extra cheese outside of the meal, and they only gave me half of it. Terrible.

Edit: After my review below, concerning a previous experience, I visited the restaurant again last night. While waiting for my order to be completed One of the staff named Kensley approached me and apologized for the previous experience. We talked about that experience and he ensured that it was a mistake and management explained the correct course of action if it happened again. The fact that he approached me and apologized showed that he is built for customer service and he helped ease my suspicion of future bad service. Actually the whole night shift was amazing. This time was a five star review but to averaged out the previous one star review I set them for 3 stars. Kudos to last night shift which was 11/22/2025.

I had ordered online and set my time to be ready at 9:00 p.m. I noticed they weren’t very busy so I went inside at 9:00 to get my food and realized on the app it said my food had been ready since 8:30. So my food had been sitting there for a half hour. I asked why it was not set to be done at 9:00 and they had no answer for me. All they could say was well it’s still hot. I asked for them to remake it and they refused. The two girls names were shaquisha and the cashier started with an F. I wanted my food to be done at 8:30 and sit on the shelf for a half hour then I would have put it in for 8:30 rather than 9:00. It’s unfortunate that we finally get a decent food establishment in Lehigh and the customer service is already giving them a bad name. Chipotle is one of my favorite restaurants but this establishment is going to lose my business. Apparently we can’t have nice things in Lehigh.

Horribly understaffed portions are fit for a mouse. Waited 15 minutes to get served with only one person in front of me while workers walked around clueless.No organic fountain drinks so sad as chipotle continues to up their prices this is not right.

Stopped by Chipotle around 12pm today and had a great experience. The place was clean, the food was fresh, and the staff was very friendly. Everything moved quickly even during lunch time. Definitely coming back!

I had a very pleasant experience here at Chipotle in Lehigh. I got a burrito with chicken, white rice and pink beans, peppers, queso, cheese, tomatoes and I was very happy with the taste of everything. It’s not as bad as the reviews tell it to be.
