A year ago, I would have reported to STAY AWAY!!! Not anymore. I walked in around 7:45 pm, and the place was busy yet immaculate and so organized. The staff were cleaning up, refilling the food containers just emptied, and the cooks were gearing up for a new round. EVERYTHING WAS SO AWESOME. I love the staff, as they were warm and friendly. You could see a few exhausted faces as they settled more than 35 people at once; however, they ALL maintained a professional and joyous attitude. My son and will now make this our regular stop.

I had a disappointing experience at this location tonight. After waiting in a line that stretched around the restaurant for at least 20 minutes, I reached the counter to place my order. When I choosing toppings I asked for cheese on the burrito, the server added only a little bit. A lot less than normal so I asked for more. Instead of adding a normal amount, the employee put the smallest pinch on one end of the burrito and immediately strated to roll it up.
When I asked why she couldn’t add more, she smiled awkwardly and said, ‘It’s our last pan of cheese.’ If that was truly the case, it would have been helpful and expected for staff to communicate that upfront. With a line full of customers behind me, it’s hard to imagine that amount of cheese would last more than a few minutes. Regardless, the way it was handled felt dismissive and unprofessional.
On top of that the guacamole was completely bland (just mashed avocado with no seasoning), and portion sizes were noticeably smaller than usual.
This didn’t feel like an isolated situation. Based on my experience and other feedback for this location, there seems to be a recurring customer-service issue that needs attention. I’m not someone who complains lightly, and I normally leave fair, balanced reviews, but this experience was disappointing enough that it warrants attention.

The staff seemed unhappy to be there. The floors and tables weren’t cleaned, the soda machine had no ice, and the food trays were disgustingly dirty.

I keep giving this location a chance and regret it each time. How do you order a salad and barely get any lettuce ? Also, they have this new spicy chicken and I think employees are confusing it with the regular chicken cause the last THREE visits, I’m eating an extremely spicy bowl. If someone has stomach ulcers/issues, this is a problem! Please be mindful of this, some of us hate spicy food or cannot eat it. Now wasting $15 cause we can’t finish it.

Wow, I can’t believe when you place an order you do not get free chips when I paying for larger size cup of Queso. Guess I’m used to Moes who always give chips even when just ordering a taco and are always happy to give you more if you need. $13 was a bit high when the taco alone is only $4 and I didn’t even get a drink for that price, only a taco, chips and queso. Oh well lesson learned.

Why cook at home when you can spend $20 per person on overpriced, underportioned food? Extra chicken? $6 more please. Guacamole? $5 please. New flavor of protein? A kidney please. Food and service has gone no where but downhill over the last decade. Pathetic.

I typically eat her every other Friday. They keep forgetting to put name tags on the orders. Kids are allergic to certain items and this needs to be corrected. Food quality/freshness/taste has gone downhill. The tables and floors are also dirty when I come in to get to go orders. Do better and I’ll change my reviews. And seriously a while bay leaf ♂️

I think the pics speak for themselves but just in case, I ordered them “to go” and didn’t think I had to look at them before I left but I was wrong. One is about half full and the other one isn’t even half full. There was almost no chicken in my burrito bowl. I never complain but this is ridiculous. $12 for half of a burrito bowl is outrageous and they weren’t even busy. Just two ppl sitting around doing nothing.

Worker gave false information when asked if code was needed for the buy a burrito get entree free and turned out you didn’t have to. Poor service. Food wasn’t to warm and barely and flavor. Wraps were chewy and not easy to eat. Overall worst experience ever.
