By Far this is the Worst Chipotle in my lifetime. Next time you order from this Location check there is not a piece of plastic inside of you meal. Either Managers don’t care or employees really hate their job. See attached pictures.

Worst experience ever, it was my first time eating chipotle in a while and this is what I came to. The line was very dirty, when we first got there nobody greeted us and took care of us after 3 minutes of us waiting. The line server attitude was very rude and she seem like she did not wanted to attend us I believe it might’ve been because we arrived 15 minutes before they closed. Anyways I really did not enjoyed eating there at all and it sucks because is a new location.

The worst experience ever. Chipotle has been my favorite food since I was a child, but this location made think it twice, Super bad customer service. I asked for a bowl as usual and the girl who served me got angry because I asked for less rice and even threw the bowl away. Unfortunately, I left the place without eating because of the girl’s attitude. We told the manager and he did absolutely nothing about it! (And the girl was laughing at us! It’s incredible how they treat their own customers. I recommend that you do not waste your time and go to another chipole in the area that will have a better experience. These people do not care about the customer and are working only for the money and with a bad attitude. Save yourself from having the worst experience of your life and a bad moment. seriously the employees there are not friendly neither clean, you don’t want someone who has scratched their head to serve you without washing their hands first.

Went to this chipotle hoping to just get some food, service is horrible they are rude and stuck up, the portions they give are a joke they’re sample size. Act like the food is coming out of their pockets, will never be going back, they don’t compare to the other dale mabry location (go there instead), they gave me a sorry cup from walmart when I usually get the regular chipotle ones. Do better.

I love going to Chipotle but this particular location I will not be returning too. The food and vinaigrette portions were small. I felt like the gentleman that was on the food line was trying to rush me and the people that were with me. The establishment wasn’t as clean as it could’ve been. I live near this chipotle, I’ve gone twice and won’t be going back I rather drive to the other chipotles further away than go to this one. They serve so little food here it’s absolutely insane, I have never had this problem in any other chipotle and I have been to many locations. The chips I got were incredibly stale, and my previous time here the rice was not properly cooked. The service here is trash, the staff doesn’t want to be there or treat their customers properly and value their money. Save your time and go to literally any other chipotle. Very negative atmosphere. Will NOT be going back.

First and last time I order pickup at this Chipotle. Wish I would have check my bowl before I drove home. My bowl was half full when I got home I ordered extra rice and extra corn and had very little of both. Had very little chicken too. I’ve never had this problem at any other Chipotle. Very disappointing.

Order by phone,said it’s going to be ready in 20 minutes, I arrived to the restaurant 30 minutes later …order wasn’t ready,everybody was walking around doing nothing, I was standing there like a statue ,nobody in the service aisle,no cashier,everybody in the back,until I yelled a waiter for my pickup order,he took his time.. of course… Finally ready to eat, food was delicious but I gave 4 stars because the food was just half of the bowl. What a shame!!. Not coming back.
