I love chipotle but when the manager in this case ( Carlos Rubiano ) makes customers feel as if he’s doing them a favor. Not only is Carlos rude but he is insistent on over charging his customers. Avoid this location if possible the manager is on a power trip

This location was clean. The service was wonderful. And the food…. best chipotle food and experience out of any location I’ve ever been to. I will be going out of my way for this location again. Whatever you guys are doing, please keep it up and teach others!

This establishment was a complete disappointment. The wait was longer than normal seeing as though there was only 3 people in front of me. The server on the line was extremely unsanitary, unprofessional and disrespectful. He was literally playing with our food-sprinkling lettuce and cheese from the air, took a huge spoon of guac and slapped it onto my burrito to the point half of it slid off onto the counter. He scooped it with his hands and played basketball with it into the trash. I wish that I was making this stuff up. I was extremely appalled at what was taking place. Another employee observed what was going on and stepped in to complete my order. She asked him to provide her with another tortilla to attempt to redo my burrito. It wasn’t until I got home that I realized the tortilla was extremely cold as though it came straight out of the refrigerator. I had to warm up my burrito in the microwave. I called the establishment the following day, to which the manager, Enrique answered, to inform them of the situation. Instead of simply apologizing for the service in which I received, the first thing he said was well why didn’t I speak with someone the day before. Yes, I could have, however given my frustration and how hungry I was, I definitely was not in the state to do so in that moment. I didn’t call a week, or a month later, I called the very next day!! Even if he apologized for the inconvenience and unpleasant customer service I received then followed up with that question, I would have understood but at the very least he didn’t even do that. He was being extremely rude to me for no reason. I didn’t call yelling, cursing or being disrespectful, so to receive that kind of treatment was terrible. It is a managers duty to appropriately handle conflict resolution, especially at the fault of your employee. His inability to do so showed immensely, not only in his response but reflected in the work his employee was producing. At that point, I went into the establishment to get a refund and his attitude did a complete 180 because my husband was with me, crazy. I will not be giving this location anymore of my business. It is very unfortunate seeing as though this is a new location and is literally a few minutes from my house but I cannot trust a place of business like this. Moving forward, ensure the entirety of your employees are adequately trained and brush up on your management skills. Chipotle isn’t going anywhere but best believe the workers certainly can.

This place is hit or miss. Most of the workers do a good job and the food is usually up to standard for chipotle. The only issue is with the manager. Not sure what his level of investment is with this location besides a job but his portion size is amongst the worst I’ve experienced at chipotle. I’ve never seen single meat portions where you can see the spoon through the amount of meat that he scoops. It’s honestly a huge deterrent for going back. I get being aware of over serving but underserving is just messed up considering you want your customers to come back. Gonna avoid this location from now on.

I love chipotle and hate leaving bad reviews but here it is. For a Chipotle location, this one is awful. I’ve came here about 10x and every time I walk in there’s nobody inside except employees. What is alarming about this is that everytime I stand on the line which there isn’t a line it’s always just me walking up to the front with nobody in the store and they somehow manage to make me wait every single time I order when there’s no other customers. In addition, the owner is so cheap. If you get a queso he will fill up half the cup. I’m done coming to this location. If you’re in the area I’d suggest going to a different one. This place would fall apart if it got busy.

I’ve been to many Chipotle’s across the country. This one is new. So although the food was up to standard, the service of the preparer’s needs to be a little better. I had a burrito and the person making it had a hard time conversing with me… Probably more of a personal issue… But it’s a new location I’m sure they will get it figured out soon

Great store, friendly employees and very efficient. The digital pickup drive through is very convenient and fast. Consistent food that is fresh, the new Al Pastor chicken is really good too!

We visited this store 3/12/23 around 7:30 pm and was rudely served old portions of food. My wife asked for fresh food and the female preparing told us they dont bring out fresh food at that hour. (with her attitude, she should work somewhere else as customer service is not her strong suit) there were no black beans available nor was there steak available and the tortillas were the last in the bag. I was starving after a long day of traveling and paid dearly the next morning. For a brand new store, the Manager should be ashamed to provide this type of service. Boynton Beach has many fine restaurants. THIS IS NOT ONE OF THEM. – update – after countless attempts to speak to someone, to no avail – I cannot recommend

For this to be a brand new store & this manager is taking to me any type of way & makes my food in a way which pleased him is disrespectful. Some people eat their food a certain way that’s just that. Maybe you don’t agree with how I want to consume my food but thats on you. Please go take a course & retrain on how to be a manager & offer better customer service. Please remember the managers behavior & attitude reflects on how the entire store is ran & currently its being poorly ran. I don’t have an incentive or a reason to want to visit this establishment especially if my order isn’t being prepared to my standards.
