This Chipotle was honestly Ridiculous, absolutely absurd to say the least. Coming from the guy who gets chipotle mostly everyday, You expect service to be top notch extremely quality, For a guy who comes in every day. This chipotle is hands-down the worst Chipotle I have ever been to in my life. For starters, the staff is extremely rude and they don’t know what they’re talking about. I get the same thing most mostly every day, A double chicken bowl And they barely put any chicken in it. It is let alone the smallest scoops ever Known to mankind, and im not the only one saying this when i see other people in the comments saying this. They don’t give you more they’re like oh do you want triple chicken, No, I want double chicken that’s not double chicken. If im paying 17 dollars for a bowl with barely any chicken that’s ridiculous. Again I’m not the only one saying this when everyone in the comments is saying this as well. And the people, The staff members still throw fit about it. I’m not gonna keep eating at the Chipotle when the people are rude and they barely give you any food. The one on Congress in Boynton clears this Chipotle in every aspect. They give you actual food portions, The staff are way nicer And the top of it all off way cleaner. Why would anyone in their right mind come to the Chipotle when there are better options.

I’m not usually one to write reviews about fast food places, but after my experience with the manager today, I feel compelled to share my thoughts. This manager was not only disrespectful but also indifferent to how he treats customers. On three separate occasions, I’ve felt degraded at this location.
Today, I walked in to purchase a kids’ meal and requested a side of cheese. When I reached the register, I was met with the dismissive comment, “You know you have to pay for this.” I was taken aback—did he really think I couldn’t pay for my food? With several people in line behind me, it was incredibly embarrassing. If I’m buying something, just ring me up and tell me the total; don’t treat me like I’m begging for food or struggling to pay for my meal.
I avoided this location for over six months because of this manager; I refused to give him my business. I only returned after learning that Chipotle isn’t a franchise. This experience has made me reconsider whether I’ll come back again. He definitely needs to learn to treat his customers with respect and proper customer service.

We went during a busy hour and ordered two bowls — they were barely half full. They almost didn’t put any cheese on top, and the meat was just a trace amount. There was a promotional item being offered, so we asked for it, but they said we had to make a purchase to get it. I told them we already did, but they insisted we needed a new receipt just for that. It was ridiculous, all over a $3 item — and the manager was the one who insisted on this.
On top of that, the manager was yelling at the staff for no reason, which made the experience even more unpleasant. I will definitely not be returning to this location, and I don’t recommend anyone else go either.

A quick way to have a good meal. Make you own meal with base/protein/veggie options. And the place is spotless everytime I visit like shinny clean. Its Chipotle so not a Michelin star meal, but all my guest have come out happy and full from it.

Chipotle isn’t just failing in this location from angry workers who barely speak English, but they don’t offer full portions either. Place is a trainwreck and people are still down taking it. I agree with negative perspectives. Plenty of better restaurants and grocery in the area. If you like spending $13 on a bowl of rice served by angry people, this will be your favorite.

This Chipotle location was a huge disappointment. I ordered queso, and the cup was literally half empty—completely unacceptable for what they charge. When I politely pointed it out, the manager Carlos was dismissive and rude.
On top of that, the portions for my bowl were tiny, like they were rationing ingredients. I’ve been to other Chipotle locations and never had this problem. The lack of care from the manager and staff really ruined the experience. If I’m paying full price, I expect full portions and at least decent customer service. Not coming back to this location.

I love Chipotle however this location always tries to go skimpy on giving you anything except rice. They run out of sides like fajita veggies and other things all the time and then they look at you like you’re a jerk for asking if they have any more like it’s too much work for them.
