Every time I come here, it’s something. They are always out of something, The rice is hardly ever seasoned or even cooked right. It’s always a mess or dirty. They always have a poor attitude & skimp on portions as if they’re paying for the ingredients with their own money. They serve half portions of chicken & get mad when you ask. I’ve even spoke to the GM on several occasions and nothing has seemed to change. Go to the place next door, It’s called beehive and it was a much better experience.

This was my first time coming to this location being new to the area and my first meal of the day. The wait wasn’t as bad around 1:10pm. When it was my turn to order, there was no more white rice so I settled for brown rice. I got a chicken bowl, with pico, corn, mozzarella. I ate it and it was okay, I’ve had better. HOWEVER, 3 hours later my stomach was hurting, I was feeling nauseous , I had diarrhea and I vomitted out all the food so far three times already. I wonder if anyone else got sick as well! Currently, I am on the toilet still with diarrhea! This has never happened to me eating Chipotle and I am utterly shocked. You all need to stay abreast of your food standards and the cook needs to ensure that the meat is FULLY COOKED. I am in disbelief and I will be calling later, because this is an inconvenience to me!!

I gotta say whoever was working the 2pm lunch rush on 1/6/26 was doing the damn thing. I was running so late for work they had me in and out of that line in 2 minutes. I made it to work on time and my belly is full. THANK YALL!!!
Also the manager at this location is an angel, her customer service better be acknowledged. 24/7 she’s on it. One time I came super later and they were making the last batch of white rice I waited for it cause I’m super picky and it came out mushy cause they tried to rush it (for me the only one customer in there), I opted for the brown rice anyways and she compt my whole meal just cause I waited. We love her, give her a raise immediately.

I had a terrible experience at this Chipotle. The food was ice cold, and some parts were hard as a rock, like it had been sitting out forever. Within hours of eating it, I became very sick, which is completely unacceptable. This was not fresh, safe, or enjoyable food by any standard. I won’t be returning, and I don’t recommend eating here unless you’re willing to risk getting sick.

As others have said, this location on Andrews and Cypress Creek is always out of something- not like it’s sold out but rather they don’t have it prepared. This location is completely mismanaged. The last 4 times I’ve gone, they either don’t have chicken, white rice twice or guacamole prepared. I literally just walked out because they said the white rice would be 20 minutes. Apparently none of the 10 employees in the store can figure out a plan to have food ready for when the tray of rice (or chicken or guacamole) will run out. It’s literally like a food runs out and then they decide it’s time to make more. It’s 6:15 pm on a Wednesday- a pretty normal dinner time where you’d think a restaurant with a limited menu could get their act together. Not this location. I won’t be back.

While I understand that employees want to go home asap if a customer comes during business hours whether it’s as soon as opening or right before closing the business should be able to provide the same level of service no matter what. It was very upsetting walking in to see the food line had been broken down early they made me a bowl with just rice meat and cheese. There were no vegetables or sour cream or guacamole available nor did the employees try to provide the requested ingredients. I’m sorry but telling the customer what you see is what you get is downright poor customer service. This location needs to do better especially if you’re gonna charge full price for a bowl when the rice is hard and more than half of the ingredients couldn’t even be added. Needless to say this was less than satisfactory and definitely not worth the money I spent

I ordered a chicken bowl online and included extra rice and extra beans in my order. When I picked it up and put hot sauce in there, I noticed it was a small bowl and definitely did not have extra rice and beans that I selected. The line was long and I didn’t feel like standing there and causing a problem by asking for more, so I went back to work. Upon sitting down at my desk to finally eat lunch (it was a late lunch and I was hungry), I then discovered it didn’t even have the CHICKEN! So now I’m paying higher prices for this food, my option for extra ingredients is ignored, and I was not even given the protein I was mostly paying for.
This is so disappointing and it’s not the first time I’ve had an order that was not accurate. I tried calling the store, but it won’t connect you with a manager and just tries to take a new order to fix it. I just want a refund, or a future credit. I’m not going to leave work, drive all the way back and miss the time I should be working. I don’t want to order from here again.

This location is consistently dirty, always a mess and *every time* I come, I have to ask them to clean the counter with all the toppings on it before they slide my bowl over. This time I was slightly more grossed out if they keep it this dirty infront of my eyes, can’t imagine the back. They are always kind to me but the service is always a drag. Just being honest.
