It was so busy today, but the workers were fast, efficient and kind. Everyone worked like a well oiled machine. I didn’t order my tortillas until I got to the register and they kept checking on me to make sure I was okay while I waited (even though that was my fault). The food was delicious like usual, every thing was fresh, and they were very helpful even though I had to place 3 orders that were all different. I will definitely be driving farther just to go to this location, because the service overall is better than most of the chipotles I’ve been too. It was also pretty clean even though it was very busy. The bar was also well stocked with plastic ware, napkins, caps, and straws. Not typical so it was very nice too see.

Pet peeve of mine but if something is extra, tell your customers there’s an upcharge. And a bigger complaint, one orders chicken, they ask if you want spicy or regular, you tell them spicy, they ring it up as Al Pastor for an extra charge. If I’m not mistaken, isnt Al Pastor pork? Dont bother pointing out errors to the staff as you’ll be met with “its just policy”. Guess its my policy to not come back.

Honestly its very hit or miss. Everytime you go in the area where the food is isn’t cleaned and also has different foods mixing together. The employees always seem gloomy and aren’t very receptive. I’ve said hi I hope you’re having a good day many times and barely ever get a response…usually get a nasty look. When the food is good it’s good but recently I just started doing pick up orders because the staff isn’t very inviting.

Walked right up and ordered….no waiting at all. Food was fresh and yummy like normal, and people were really nice.
Could have been cleaner on tables in seating area and soda fountain area….but not too bad.
I’ll be back….still need more cushioned seating for those of us with bad backs/necks!

I made an error ordering online through the app. Which somehow mixed up my order location. Upon arriving to the incorrect location with disappointment the staff member were extremely helpful with the app. Genuinely great individuals.

This is overpriced slop. The service was fine. I can’t complain about that. The guy knows how to roll a burrito. But it’s just too much money for what you get. The sauces are not authentic. The guacamole is very expensive. I think the CEO of this organization is owes it to his company and his customers to visit cities in the United States where you can find restaurants that know how to put together a burrito. I’m thinking of the “Burrito Spot”, and “Jalapeños”in Santa Fe, NM, for starters. I can personally speak about those two because I lived there for six years. Those people had it down.

It is so bad in here my husband has to show a picture of what we want on our phone because they dont know their own menu right behind them and on their screen. We never get an order right and after some time we went back last night. Never again. 14 bucks for a carne asada quesadilla with 3 side but turns out just gave us a quesadilla extra plain and no sides, like a kids order. I dont understand why its so hard and we’ve given them so many chances. These children need a parent around because the immaturity of how they act and carelessness to get a simple order right is ridiculous. We will never be back. Maybe Beatriz should focus on work and not laugh at my husband because you thought he said he was 6’7 (because you were more interested in his height than his order) this generation is lost. Chipotle has no excuse to hire such unprofessional people.

Stopped here for dinner an hour before it closes. Most of the hot items went cold. They were out of couple of items as well. What I really didn’t like was that, there were few pieces of meat in the rice(I ordered vegetarian, I don’t eat meat). I wouldn’t recommend this chipotle.
Good amount of parking available in the complex.

Somehow a quesadilla with a side of chips and guacamole is $17. Not to mention, when I opened my online order/takeout bag (after getting home), the guacamole was brown and watery inside the container – before I even took the lid off. I thought I could scrape out the brown parts but as soon as I started to, I immediately found a piece of black hair in it. I reached out for a refund twice via website report/feedback and have not received a reply other than “thanks for letting us know”.
