I would give 0 stars give if I could they either always forget something and then today I got a burrito always get the same thing and the burrito was the smallest burrito I have ever gotten and the lady refused to remake it or to even add more rice a beans then she argued that it was Because I didn’t get much toppings. It’s because you don’t give any meat, any rice or beans when you make burritos and you guys are cheap. Also checked my girlfriends quesadilla and she’s missing her fajita veggies and I had to go back in and get her sauce you forgot

This location is kinda alright. I used mobile pick up so I didn’t have much interaction with the employees but I was greeted at the counter and my order was ready when I got there. It was pretty dead at lunch time, no one was in line. I got the new steak which you have to pay extra for and it was super dry. The tacos were so messy that I had to use a fork. The portion size was large though so that was groovy. Overall I’ll probably end up going back since this is the only Chipotle in the area.

Other than the rice being undercooked once, I haven’t had any issues at this Chipotle. Always get good sized meat scoops and generous guac. Friendly service that can be a bit slow at times, but never so bad that it makes a difference. I’ve only eaten in-store so I can’t comment on all of the online order shuffling people are mentioning.

This place is pretty hit or miss. I’ve both dined in and ordered online to go. I’ve had more pleasant experiences to go. Even then there is usually something wrong with an item in my order. Half the time it is a forgotten topping or topping that wasn’t even ordered. Or the forgotten juice box with the kids meal I also ordered. Or it’s actually correct. When dining in, when we ordered there was nobody behind us while we were ordering but we were rather rushed. Other than those sna-fus the food is usually pretty descent.

Worst experience I’ve ever had ordering food. Ordered a burrito, chicken bowl, 3 orders of chips and salsa, and quesadilla and was given a wait time of 2 hours. Ended up being over 3 hours and finally got home to find out that the burrito was missing as well as all of the chips. The portions were tiny and packaged in a mess. My side of beans was 2 small bites worth. I tried to call and got no answer. I worked hard for this $40.00 garbage mini dinner and will definitely pursue getting my money back. This place will not get my business again. New or not, this was completely unacceptable. Obviously I had to give one star but I would give zero if possible.

I had trouble locating an adequate number of spoons in the takeout bag, and while attempting to find some, I was admonished by a female staff member. This kind of behavior was unprecedented in any of my previous experiences at Chipotle. It left me feeling embarrassed and led me to leave the establishment. It would be beneficial for the staff to undergo customer-respect training to avoid negative reviews that could potentially harm the business.

I ordered online from this Chipotle and picked up my order. I got home and opened the bag and they had given me someone elses order so I had to drive 20 minutes back so I could get the correct order. They remade my food and then forgot an item yet again. I asked for my large chips and the employee fought me on what size chip I orded. Absolutely horrible service per usual.
