Ordered a bowl online because I was in rush.
Where’s the meat and rice? Half of the carnitas was fat.
Was told by the manager that it’s expected to get less when ordered online.
Honestly, who wants to go in and ask to get served the portion you paid for when it should’ve been given in the first place!?!? I don’t eat a lot but if I’m leaving hungry then it wasn’t enough.

I ordered a bowl (which came with basically nothing) with chicken. I don’t ever get chicken but chose to try it this time. I chose chipotle as my last meal before my 24 hour fast and thanks to them I got food poisoning. I loved chipotle and now I’ll never step foot in one again.

I got a large catering order for a work event from this chipotle and they did a fantastic job! We had tons and tons of food and it was all fresh and delicious. I know sometimes ordering chipotle online can be a hit or miss but I thought this location did a fantastic job with catering our event.

I order food from this location two sometimes 3 times a week. The line staff are super friendly, they remember you, they greet you and they are genuine. The manager is a great customer service specialist and makes you feel welcome.

Food was cold from the line, the entire dining room was closed at 8:30pm, and they folded my tacos upside down in the tin foil so they spilled all over the bag. And when we tried to ask them if it would be okay the associate just shrugged her shoulders and walked away. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had in a chipotle. The union location is the worst in Denver.

This place was very clean and the service was fast. A bunch of young teens working here but the joint was clean and their servers excellent. The only thing is she broke my burrito after adding the avocado I wish she would have wrapped in another tortilla because the whole burrito fell apart
