This place was very clean and the service was fast. A bunch of young teens working here but the joint was clean and their servers excellent. The only thing is she broke my burrito after adding the avocado I wish she would have wrapped in another tortilla because the whole burrito fell apart

*This review is based solely on this location* I seriously loathe this location. Every time I have come here, it has been such a disappointment. One time I came here with friends and got food to go and my friend had a piece of raw chicken in her bowl (see image). Another time I came here, they gave like 4 (okay MAYBE 9) pieces of chicken in a single scoop and I didn’t want to ask for more because I knew I would have been charged for double chicken. And then this time I got here at 7pm, I walked up and both doors were locked while there were like several workers in there who just stared at me as if I was showing up 5 minutes to closing (they close at 10pm, allegedly).

So I preface this review with this : during covid this location was fantastic . Ever since the pandemic the staff and quality of food have changed and it’s apparent . The last time I went the girl working the line , I’m pretty sure spoke zero words at all. She just scowled while giving me minimal portions . Then I have to ask for extra which actually equates to a regular portion , which she then continues to scowl at .

This Chipotle is one of my go-to places for food if I’m in a pinch for time. The servings are always generous and the price is reasonable. This is one of the better quick service chain restaurants in the area.

This WAS “the good Chipotle,” but there are a lot of new faces here and they don’t care at all. They rush though orders and put as little as possible in burritos. We’re talking rice too. Last time I was there they were apparently out of many things, like always. Also gave me a bag of uncooked chips. What a shame. The one in the lakewood commons is better.

This location is the most frustrating and inconsistent location on the planet. The staff are sadly just generally terrible. (there are a few who do not fit that generalization) They don’t listen when you order, they rush you through the line, and if you’re brave enough to do an online order, it’s either not done in time, missing at least one thing, visibly smaller portions than they’d do if you watched them put it on the tortilla yourself, or just straight up bad. I’ve never been so constantly let down by a single restaurant. Chipotle is amazing. This location is anything but.

They sent us the wrong DoorDash order. Both the burrito bowl and burrito were completely different and have way less ingredients (no guacamole, sour cream, any salsas, wrong meat) than what we ordered and looked/tasted like they’ve been laying around a while, not fresh. DoorDash gave us a partial credit. Won’t order from this location again.
