I love Chipotle but the last two days I was there it was all dirty. I had to order my food twice because they did it incorrectly. I had to clean my own table so I could sit down to eat. I made an order and online and it never arrive, as soon as I arrive at the restaurant they took the order as if they didn’t know what I ordered.

This was my first time ordering for myself. The staff was very helpful, friendly, great and the cashier, cant remember her name. She said she been there for over 8 years I believe. She was very kind to my kids. My son was very picky with what he wanted and she helped him out really nice. Made me feel like we were a family.

Horrible service , no lids, no napkins and you spend 37 dollars for them to serve you a meals that looks like it’s for a kid! Will never return to chipotle! Qdoba has better service and standards!

This place is terrible probably the worst Chipotle I ever been too. First they always run out of drinks when they charge you for that. Second, portion is TINY and taste not as good as others. Third, and this is the most ridiculous one, I want the corn on the side and they charge for it without telling you!! No other chipotle ever did that before! And if you charge please give FULL portion to the customer! They won’t give you receipts and you are not able to use your membership and you are not allowing to collect your point! Their store smells terrible when you sit down. Trash and food on the floor everywhere no one ever clean the dining room. Please do not call yourself chipotle. Will not return.

The restaurant was pretty clean but they were out of brown rice when I arrived. This is main reason for a 3 out of 5. This is not the only Chipotle that runs out of food items on their line. I guess preparing food is a chain issue at times.

Do NOT order to go from here!!! It said completed at 2:20 and didn’t get my food until 2:45!! People stood in line, ordered, and left before I got my food. And they never acknowledged me – I had to ask about my order! Literally ridiculous. Don’t say “ORDER COMPLETED” if you haven’t even started making it yet! FFS
