Food was cold. I placed a curbside order and I got there and I waited at least 30 minutes in the parking spot waiting on my food. I called the restaurant and they acted like they had forgotten about my order. They said they’d be right out after I called but it was still another 5 minutes. By the time I had gotten home the food was luke-warm/cold the milk was clearly sitting out the whole time because it was not cold like it should be. It’s gonna be a while before I return to this place. Do better McDonald’s, do better!

They gave me chicken nuggets instead of a side of big Mac sauce that I ordered? And then it took like 15 minutes to get that fixed. The fries were old and the bun on my sandwich was hard. It’s not always like that. Sometimes the food is great and the service is too. But when it’s not, it’s not.

I sat in drive thru and they were understandably busy, no problem. Problem came when I sat there through two other cars being served in the other lane and by the third vehicle being served I started saying hello because nobody had even acknowledged that I was at the speaker through three different cars in the other lane. Then I was met with a voice saying they are a little busy here no need to be rude. Saying hello because no one had spoken to me through three other cars orders is not rude! Not speaking to a customer is rude. All that needed said was letting me know they would be right with me. So I left and went to third street where I was promptly served by a friendly person. Do better!

After ordering, I drove home, about 5 mins away, and my fries were cold and I could tell they had been sitting under a heat lamp. I called and spoke with a manager and was told that they ” depreciate” after 3 minutes. What??? I told her that with them charging almost $3.00 for med. fries, they should make sure they’re fresh and I guess I just wouldn’t buy them anymore and her answer was, “ok”. Some customer service!!! Both girls at the windows never smiled, never said thank you…nothing. I will not go to this McDonalds again!!

Why is it that no matter what you order from these guys you are always asked to please pull forward and we’ll bring it to you shortly. I mean, are they literally out of everything every time you go through the drive thru? I definitely understand wanting to keep the times down on each car that comes through but give me a break! It really doesn’t seem to matter what I order! Every single time I actually order food and not just a drink from this place I end up having to pull forward to wait for my order. Doesn’t seem to matter whether it’s a friggin cheeseburger and a Coke or 3 separate orders with 2 paid on their app and the other with a coupon and 10 apple pies, it’s the same darn wait for all of it. Crazy! Don’t even get me started on how much it costs to feed a few people at this place anymore! Dollar menu, gone. $1 any drink,gone.The value menu is a thing of the past. Never thought I would have to pay almost $10 for a meal at good ole McDs.

The night manager was absolutely terrible and rude even before I said anything about what I was calling about. We were waiting for over 45 minutes and we walked in and our food is sitting on the pickup station. We called twice and the first time we were told that they put it as we already got it so they could have more time to make it and the second time the manager didn’t even know what was going on. We were missing a Happy meal and our food was absolutely terrible and cold. We normally do not have issues like this with this McDonald’s.

Handed the cashier $20 and she proceeds to hand me back change but not my cash. I looked at her because she was playing with the money under the register but not returning my $15 cash. She accuses me of only giving her a 5. Which I realized she entered on my receipt. She literally had the $20 I gave her lying in the $5 slot of cash. She grabs $15 but walks over to a team lead or manager, walks back, and claims she had to get his approval. Approval for what??? That’s my $15 and the cash register was open the whole time. There was no reason to act like this. Like she was telling him, “If my register is short it was that woman right there.” Lady, YOU were in the wrong.

I’ve been seeing the Grimace birthday shakes everywhere. I finally decided today was the day to get my hands on one! I pulled forward at the drive thru for them to tell me that their machines weren’t working because the power had gone out. If the power was out, how are you cooking? A tear slid down my face as I realized what had happened. I had been lied to on my best friend Grimace’s birthday. I felt cheated and disrespected. I’m now home and crying so much I am drowning in my tears. Please fix your machine. Instead I slurped a Starbucks drink and a birthday cake pop. 100% better than the “Grimace shake” that no one seems to have.
