I have an hour for lunch. All I wanted was a happy meal cheeseburger plain with just onions and extra fries. At first I received a hamburger with nothing on it and apples. Went back in and said I ordered a cheeseburger plain with onions.i received a cheeseburger loaded with ketchup and mustard and no onions. When I went in again, the guy totally ignored me. Blonde haired guy. The whole process took 30 minutes!!!! Even the delivery guy was shocked at hoe I was treated! I was left with cold fries and a cheeseburger.

Last 2 times i have ordered here my order has been completely butchered.

The first time, I ordered 2 plain double cheeseburgers and received 2 double cheeseburgers with extra onions and extra pickles. (How hard is it to do less work?)
Today I order 2 plain double cheeseburgers again and instead receive 2 room temperature dried up regular cheeseburgers with hard buns. Along with a large fry I ordered which was hardly filled at all that also tasted like it had been sitting out for 10 minutes

You think with an order so simple they could get it right atleast once. Everyone at the counter is super kind but whoever is responsible for the putting orders together is a mess.

Don’t get me started on this place. Ordered through drive thru. Get to pay window. She asks if I had order such and such . Which was mine. Pay her. Get up to pickup window. She starts to hand me something I didnt order. Tell her no and what I had. She says that I paid for other guys car. I tell her no I didnt. Had her the receipt. She tells me yes I did..and then demands my debit card again so she can charge me more. I tell her let me see the receipt. She refuses and gets her manager. Manager tells me I have to give her my debit card so they can charge me the right amount. I say how bout I give you my debit card so you can give me a refund because I dont want that food now that its cold after 10 min of back and forth. Went to other mcds a few miles away

Dined in and had to wait 20 minutes to get the right drinks because they don’t have a fountain machine, need ketchup or napkins at some point? Wait another 10+ minutes for them to acknowledge and help you. Wouldnt eat here again if the food was free. Absolutely terrible service and they only filled the large fry a third of the way.

We placed an online order tonight and when we pulled up no one answered the speaker, so we had to go to the window, again we got ignored. We saw all the workers but they just ignored us, so we had to honk our horn to get them to come. Then we were left waiting, no one said anything like “hey itll be out in a bit”, they just ignored us again. We had to honk again and then a lady came and very rudely told us they hadn’t finished out food yet. That is fine that it wasnt done but we were ignored multiple times, like what were we supposed to do???

I came in the other night, maybe two or three nights ago, not sure. No sooner than I say down at a table I had an employee come up to me with a bit of an attitude and ask me if I was actually going to order food or just sit there and charge my phone. I said I am just charging my phone for a few minutes while I wait for my ride. I decided not to even stay. I called the next day and spoke to someone who claimed she was a manager (she was a Hispanic woman ) and she herself was quite rude and very dismissive. When I asked when the general manager was going to be there, she replied with ” not today ” again in a rude tone. She refused to give me her name, telling me she doesn’t have to give her name to anyone. Easily one of the most unpleasant experiences I have ever had. I don’t see myself coming back to eat here ( I have before and that experience was not very good either ). If you want to know how your staff should treat people, have the folks at Rally’s train them. They are superior compared to this place.

I recently started using the app when my high school student asks me to grab food for him and I’m too cheap to pay for delivery. I could walk to this location from my job in less than 2 minutes and I leave (in my car) less than a minute after placing my order, yet when I arrive and get my food everything is cold. I’m talking cold-cold, almost like it’s been in a fridge for 15 minutes before I ordered it. I don’t demand my food to be fresh out of the cooker, but this is ridiculous. Today will be my last time grabbing food from here for him. The workers have always been great, at least.

I had an online order around 3:30am. I only ordered hash browns. The staff made sure I had fresh ones, and then they offered me an extra drink they had accidentally made! Super friendly 🙂

Ordered food on app. Went to National Road at around 10am. App would not let me click I AM HERE. I showed this to one of the manager. Shorter lady with glasses with a horrible attitude. I showed her the app it would not click I am here. She said she cant help that. Its McDonald’s app . It wasn’t my fault.i showed her the McDonald’s receipt where I paid. She still would not give me my order. She said the system will refund my money later. Refused to give my food I paid for. I took 20 minutes out of work to pick this up. Switching to Wendys
